Got burnt burger. It was zinger, it was literally burnt and they said that’s how it supposed to be. The staff were talking so loud and not polite at all. The store looks disgusting.

Every time I order from this place they always seem to send my order with something missing, today I got 2 large fries and I got like a half large fries!! Extremely frustrating to order from here definitely do not recommend

We came through thr drive through right before closing this evening. We dealt with 2 gentleman (July 19). Both were extremely accommodating and made us fresh food minutes before closing. We have been travelling today and appreciate having a hot meal, even at midnight!

UPDATE: this is honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any establishment. We ordered the largest bucket of chicken. We had to wait which we were happy with thinking we would get nice hot and fresh chicken! After waiting about 15 minutes our food was brought out. They forgot the sauces, no big deal we can in and got our sauces. We happily went on our way home. Once arriving home we realized our chicken was soggy, beyond greasy, almost slimy. We actually tried a few pieces before throwing it all away. I called the restaurant and was told I was lying. I was told the cook said it was good so I was wrong. They offered us a complimentary meal, I declined and explained that the last experience we had was not a good one. We decided to give it a second chance today, and it was actually worse the second time around. I told him that we do not wish to return to this location again. He said he would get his manager to call and issue a refund. 45 minutes later we get a call and the manager then insists I'm lying. In fact he says he's never had a chicken complaint yet. Which is a blatant lie if you take just 1 minute to read through their horrible reviews. So now I'm upset. I insist that we bought the biggest bucket of chicken and didn't finish one piece before tossing it. He proceeded with telling me the chicken is cooked in a pressure cooker and they can not touch the chicken, so there was no way it isn't cooked. I told him the chicken was soggy and slimy. I told him I worked at kfc for FOUR years in high school, and we venture to the 22nd one from time to time and have NEVER had chicken in this state. I at this point demanded a refund. To which he told me to bring back the chicken. The chicken that is LONG in the trash an hour before this conversation. The customer service in the drive through was bad. The manager is a blatant liar, the chicken comes undercooked or soggy and slimy, and then you're made out to be a lair after spending your hard earned money there. I'm an assistant manager at a near by store and I would NEVER allow this type of behavior. I don't think fast food customer service should be this bad compared to sales. Not to mention while serving disgusting quality food.
I'm so upset by the quality of my fries. So bad. Not KFC quality at all. I went JUST for a large fry, gravy and popcorn chicken just to get home to uncooked, unseasonably soggy fries. Not even the typical kfc crispness. Literally looked like grocery store fries made in the oven. I'm so disappointed knowing the KFC quality as I worked there for years.

Huge ripoff , try another chicken joint like Popeyes. Ordered the 4 piece chicken meal and for $17 I got four tiny burnt chicken wings. Brutal.

We ordered quickly & did not eSit very long before it was brought to us. Great service & the food was great. Had to travel home so just heated it a bit & ate supper.
Parking: Easy to get to but not easy when it is time to leave. A kind gentleman finally let me pull out. However it was close to 5 so many going home from work.

I usually don't do reviews. But I am really frustrated with KFC. They advertise always fresh. But I work near this location and eat here quite often. But the food has gotten so bad I won't be returning. Fries when ordered look like they have been reheated several times and all stuck together. Chicken looks like it was cooked a long time ago.and kept way past were it should of been thrown out. I had a leg that the bone was black. Pretty sad for how expensive food is to begin with.
