Placed a order for delivery and it never came. gave my husband the run around for a hour waiting on a call back. We live 5 blocks away only and waited over a hour and a half to only demand a refund and have to go to the store to receive a cash refund since the manager didn't know how to refund online orders placed through THEIR app and not any 3rd party.

I am such huge KFC lover and I grew up with it at its peak in the 80’s so maybe I’m spoiled. That being said, what is happening to KFC? I went to this location for a classic 10 piece bucket with Mac salad as side. My fries were sprinkled with sugar…that’s new. My gravy was the consistency of mousse…hmmm intriguing but I don’t go there for experimental cuisine. The mac salad was decent. The chicken is better reheated because the crisp and seasoning is off. I’m so sad. If you all can advise where to find a classic KFC in Saskatoon please advise? I had bad luck with the Idylwyld location too but I don’t have the energy to post a review about them too! We order dinner at the 22nd Ave location last night. It was my best experience at KFC in a while, reminded me of the good old days. The food was excellent, it seemed like someone really cared about what they were making.

The food could and has been better. Not the fault of staff, but the higher management beyond the stores. The food quality has sharply fallen over the years. Getting toony tuesday meals is irrelevant now. You no longer get fries with it, the seasonings are so different from 10 years ago which was so different from 20 years ago. Those who decided to save the needed couple dollars to get cheaper ingredients and lower quality control of the classic breading and gravy recipe has largely turned me and my friends away from KFC since the food no longer tastes as good as it used to.

That’s really so sad , people don’t wanna work over there or they are in rush, if someone pays to you give them fresh food , don’t make past patties again hot in microwave , someone paid full money for your stable food , terrible

10 thumbs down worst drive threw ever. 5minute drive to get home. Chicken was under cooked soggy not crispy at all gravy was cold tasted old. Then when I called to complain the manager hung up on me. Worst kfc ever.
