I’ve thought long and hard about leaving this review. I ordered 2 famous chicken chicken sandwiches along with a chicken bucket. I was shorted on the chicken so I thought, to bit into my burger and find the missing breast pieces. I called to let them know what happened. I ordered and picked up in store. They “didn’t understand me” told me to contact Uber as it’s their problem and hung up on me. I was hung up on 3 times and it wasn’t until the 4th call that they said they could change out the sandwich’s if I came back in with the bone sandwiches. I was told I was lying and that no one else complained about bones in their sandwiches. I used to frequent this place and it was the man that gave me the food that told me I was lying. I really do not feel like i should have to unpack and examine my food before I go home to eat. I was told I can’t make a complaint and that it wasn’t possible to confuse a chicken breast with a famous chicken piece yet it happened with TWO sandwiches. I am so disappointed and upset with how I was treated after being a customer for the past year and some that I’ve been in the area.

Went for lunch. Was not greeted, fine whatever. Staff where standing in the back talking. Waited to order, so tempted to leave. Food was cold. Will never be back.

When I went to order from here, the lady was already giving me dirty looks. When I went to order she was busy looking at her hands . She got my order wrong cuz she was not listening to me, I kept have to repeat myself to her. If you don't like your job don't take it out on the customer.

Would give negative stars if possible. Came during a lunch break, was completely ignored. A worker and the cook stood there talking to each other completely ignoring me. Waited 15 minutes without anyone taking my order, and then as I left and said bad customer service magically they wanted to serve me. Wasted 20 minutes on absolutely nothing. There's a time and place to flirt with eachother.Food is undercooked constantly delivery takes over an hour and a half. The chicken tastes like it's been dipped in sugar and the gravy is pepper and flour mixed with water.Would recommend the Vietnamese diner located behind, way better customer service, locally owned. The food is actually cooked.

The worst KFC in the entire city. Maybe in the entire province--I'm willing to bet. I ordered a Zinger Sandwich a couple nights ago, and it was so hard, I hurt my teeth. Ther's no passion for creating good meals there. All it is, is money to the new managers. *DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! EVER! ITS LITERALLY THE WORST! Crappy service, horrible food that they cook. The chicken was so hard, and so small that the bun covered the entire chicken. Usually they're big enough to be hanging out the sides of the bun. I'll never go there again, in my life! It's just awful! Plain awful! ( :E

Went to the drive thru at KFC on 22nd Street, with no one in front of us or waiting behind us, I ordered three chicken sandwiches and I was told to go to the parking lot and wait for order, so we did. I waited, waited and waited it took four employees that I could see 20 minutes to make three chicken sandwiches. As we observed then from the vehicle, they was all paused from their duties with laughter and taking sips of their coffees. We are not against people enjoying themselves at work , but also know there is time for all that, so I went in to get my money back and all of a sudden there was our bag of food just sitting there and he refused to give my money back so I took the order and realized the chicken breast on sandwiches were cold right through. Worst experience at KFC ever. We will never go there again and will drive the extra miles when order drive thru KFC next time.

Worst food I have ever had. The fries are cold and and chicken was recooked and overdone. My dog would not even touch the food. I called and complained but they didn’t care and give me a lame excuse that I was wrong on what I complained about. I will never go back ever again. They refused to refund my money as well. They didn’t care the food made me sick as well.

Every time.Order a bucket and they say " sorry, there's no white meat. Is all dark ok?"You ask for a discount and then it's " oh, we can cook some white, but you'll have to wait".This isn't occasional, it's EVERY TIME.It's B.S.22 years I've been in the meat business, selling meat to restaurants.I don't think they're temporarily out of white meat.I think they're liars.I think they're liars trying to cheat people because dark meat is cheaper than white.Doesn't do much for the KFC brand.
