Service is very slow. I waited 40 minutes for my two wraps. It was an online order He didn’t even started making them when I got there after 20 minutes of placing order. Guy w the cap is too rude and don’t know how to treat customers as well as they always mess with my order most of the time they have excuses that they don’t have what you order

Came at 10:37am when the mall opens at 10am and it seems like they just opened. Had to wait 10 mins for a simple combo. 7up tasted like carbonated water. Service was terrible. No one at the front and they were in thr kitchen. No hospitality at all.

We came as a party of 8 from out of town attempting to order a bucket of chicken-16 pieces-it was around 6:15 pm and this location was closing at 7:00 pm. We approached the kiosk to place our order and got turned down due to the reason being “they didn’t have enough chicken and they were not going to cook due to the closing time approaching” even though there was still 45 minutes left to closing.
There were 3 employees standing around. This is a big disappointment in service, changes need to be made and more training should be implemented in the area of customer service. I have been a client of KFC for the last 20 years and I have not ever experienced the kind of service I did at this location.
