This is the second time I came here that the staff were opening late.. It’s already 11:20 am when they start taking orders.. I feel sorry for the owner because they are loosing sales because of late opening and disappointed Customers.

Ordered using the KFC website. Waited 30 minutes before I left to pick up from the store. Waited an additional 15 minutes instore. At least it was hot for a change.understaffed and overwhelmed.
Worst customer service! Saltiest fries and tiny nuggets. Never going back to this location. The staffs are always sulky.
