Really good ramen. Would be nice if they could provide actual dishes for those wishing to eat in.

Chicken sandwich was de-lish but the potato bun got soggy really fast so I had to eat it with a knife and fork and just wasn’t the same. The Ramen bowls were enjoyed, liked the egg in the soup.

The menu on the iPad was frustrating to use. That’s how you order and then have a seat and they bring you your food. Interesting concept with no real interaction.

I requested spicy chicken, but what I received was cold rice and beans. I contacted customer service and was met with a disrespectful response, mentioning that due to their busy period, my order was mixed up, and they are unable to rectify the situation.

Not as advertised. No dine in, food is premade or frozen. Running as a ghost kitchen.

Also no washrooms, no servers, and no help with navigating their poor ordering system.

When we got our food, the portions were tiny and not what was on the website. We asked for more broth to fill the portions, and the chef gave us grief and picked a fight over 4 extra ounces of broth. We asked for a refund, which they didnt want to give as we didnt want to pay 62 dollars for a tiny amount of Ramen.

The chef then stared at us as someone else came to process the refund, and seemingly wanted to pick a fight. Unreal.

Further update: They never did issue the refund. Just cancelled our order and kept my money. Will be issuing a chargeback.

Wow! Just wow! Had the pork curry special on a Thursday, picked 2 spice and 2 sweetness and it’s the best food I’ve eaten in months

I liked the chicken taste but chicken was not fresh. I hope, they use the fresh chicken.

Used to be my favourite place!
The quality has gone downhill, the chicken in the ramen and boa was battered and deep fried and so tough, overcooked, and difficult to chew. I miss the old ways they made food- used to be delicious. ?

Unfortunately,The quality has gone downhill- chicken was battered deep fried in the Ramen, and so over cooked it was difficult to eat. Used to be my favourite place :(

Great consistent ramen that is always reliable. I usually get the tonkotsu white ramen and its got the perfect creaminess to it. I do find that if the broth is lukewarm when I bring it home that the noodles will also begin to clump. The price is a bit steep too for most of their items but I still enjoy supporting this establishment nonetheless.

Not a good experience here. The staff when I arrived didn't greet me in a good way. I had 2 deliveries despite me telling the order number they wanted to look at my phone to confirm that I was legit. This thing if you don't show the phone, we are not going to give you the order . I felt like this was racism. They had the audacity to tell me never come again. Sigh. What is Canada coming too.

Just ordered the Ko Ramen korean chicken after a couple of years of not ordering it. It arrived soggy and the chicken had more bones than meat. Quality was not as good as I remember it

Ordered the Tonkotsu Classic Ramen with extra eggs, noodles and green onion topping, it was apart of an order and it was still fresh and warm by the time of its arrival.

With my favourite restaurant closing and seeming disappearing from uber eats without notice, I had to find another alternative for my favourite ramen and Asian food. I'm not the best cook but love Asian food especially Tonkotsu Ramen. I still don't know how the eggs are cooked but they are some of my favourite things and I love having the meal after a good work out.

Looking forward to supporting further!
