Ko Chicken + Ramen

I always order from here, the truffle burger is amazing. The Ramen is pho-nomenal. This is my favorite place to order. It never disappoints. I like attempting to try everything on the menu. It's all fantastic

Drove more than an hour to try their ramen. Craving for hot soup in this cold weather. Got there at around 8pm. We ordered the miso, classic ramen and a side dish for dine in. Broth is flavorful but sadly, both broth are just a little warm, almost room temperature, not hot and we can say it is cold, though we ate it as soon as it got served. The thing is the broth is the best part in a ramen. We were disappointed. The side dish is hot though, we can tell that it is newly cooked. Why is the broth cold? Is it because it is almost closing time? Is it not freshly made? I don’t know.

Ordered online for delivery and was given raw chicken in my bao buns. Very disappointing and just glad I ordered extra food otherwise I’d have nothing for dinner. Here’s to hoping we don’t get sick from eating

They blamed us when they didn't package my food in the bag. They said it was our fault that my own food was missing, instead of sending another delivery driver...

Excellent food quality and variety! Black tonkotsu ramen was really hearty and comforting- loved the chewy noodles and flavourful broth. It was so quick to pick up and just perfect for a night off from cooking.

Also recommend the salmon oshi, the prawn/avocado bao, and the korean fried chicken. The have platters and combos that make party planning so easy and everyone loved them!

We love how innovative they are. This is one of our to picks for take out/delivery.

Best place for ramen, Japanese curry, poké, bao buns, pressed sushi etc. They also have a great selection of burgers and chicken sandwiches! Their menu definitely has something for everyone- whether you’re thinking more appetizers or full meals.

10/10 would recommend. 🙂

So happy to find delicious authentic ramen in Saskatoon! The Tonkotsu White broth was very flavourful and portions were very filling. Loved the chicken bao as well. Food was packed perfect for delivery and arrived hot and fresh. Can’t wait to order again!

I am in love with the Tonkostu White Ramen, I usually get it delivered due to being kinda far away from the store. The eggs, tomatoes, and the butter corn are always an extra I get with it. Absolutely, delicious!

Ordered online and hour before close. Food was ready for pick up in 15 minutes which was awesome. The Ramen was hot at pick up and really good. The spicy creamy chicken Ramen was fairly spicy but had great flavor.

Chicken sandwich was de-lish but the potato bun got soggy really fast so I had to eat it with a knife and fork and just wasn’t the same. The Ramen bowls were enjoyed,liked the egg in the soup.

The menu on the iPad was frustrating to use. That’s how you order and then have a seat and they bring you your food. Interesting concept with no real interaction.

I requested spicy chicken, but what I received was cold rice and beans. I contacted customer service and was met with a disrespectful response, mentioning that due to their busy period, my order was mixed up, and they are unable to rectify the situation.

Not as advertised. No dine in, food is premade or frozen. Running as a ghost kitchen.

Also no washrooms, no servers, and no help with navigating their poor ordering system.

When we got our food, the portions were tiny and not what was on the website. We asked for more broth to fill the portions, and the chef gave us grief and picked a fight over 4 extra ounces of broth. We asked for a refund, which they didnt want to give as we didnt want to pay 62 dollars for a tiny amount of Ramen.

The chef then stared at us as someone else came to process the refund, and seemingly wanted to pick a fight. Unreal.

Further update: They never did issue the refund. Just cancelled our order and kept my money. Will be issuing a chargeback.
