Even tho I came for my 10:30 order that I ordered on line and it wasn’t made lol they made it after I got there and I waited even tho I work at 11. .UPDATE Gotta add to this and take away some stars. I work nights and only a few min away from this location but all of a sudden their free delivery is 6 buks after 11 pm yet that isn’t put on the website… Well I work nights and won’t be ordering anymore from there in the future because I’m not paying for delivery then you will want a tip when you advertise free delivery and Keep pushing up the prices. Placed our first online delivery order, having heard their pizzas were tasty. Delivery was scheduled for 630. At 645, I had no pizza. I called. They said driver had left awhile ago. At 700, still no pizza. Now Im a little hangry. I call again. Same response. I tell them this isn't great service for our first order. As im speaking the driver arrives, so I hang up, to answer the door. The driver was very friendly. I comment that i pre-tipped, not my normal, and he was still 30 minutes late. He gave me two heavy, and quite hot, XL pies, and left. If this review was about delivery, Id tell you to go elsewhere. But as this review is about pizza, I have to say I was amazed at the quality of these pies. Piping hot. Super cheesy. Loads of toppings. Absolutely delicious. So, perhaps pickup is the way to go next time, but since flavor is king, there will definitely be a next time.
Update: Ordered a bunch of pizzas for a largw gathering. After speaking to the store, they guaranteed on time delivery. Pizzas arrived exactly when we had requested, and were all hot and delicious. All our guests enjoyed the pies immensely. I think we have found our new go to pizza place.

What really sets them apart is their variety of specialty pizzas — options like Butter Chicken, Donair, and Shawarma Chicken give the menu a fusion twist that you don’t often see elsewhere. The unlimited toppings option is also a big draw, and the flavors are bold and satisfying when everything comes together.
The service was welcoming and the pickup process was smooth and on time. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Prices are fair considering the specialty options, and I appreciate that they provide value without sacrificing flavor.
That said, I did notice that the pizzas can sometimes feel a little smaller or not as generously topped as expected, especially when compared to the “unlimited toppings” idea. Consistency in portioning would make a big difference, since when the toppings are applied well, the pizzas taste fantastic.
Overall, KooKo’s is a solid choice if you’re looking for something beyond the usual pizza chain experience. Their unique menu and approachable service make them worth trying, and with a little more consistency, this location could easily become one of the top go-to pizza spots in Evergreen.
