The food was ready quick and the staff were nice. Wasn't the best little Ceasars pizza or crazy bread though. The crazy bread seemed plain and small. Still worth getting for the speed though.
It was late at night (Tuesday June 10, 2025) and I had just gotten done my shift at work, I was starving. I then drove to little caesar’s across the city because I knew they had great pizza. As soon as I arrived and walked through the door the staff was very hostile. I requested a medium pepperoni pizza just under 30 minutes before closing. They then proceeded to tell me “no” and tried to get me to buy an already made large pizza, to which I said no. They then said they cannot do anything for me and I then left. By the time I left it was 10 minutes before closing and they locked the doors right infront of me. I am extremely unsatisfied, disappointed, and hungry. Terrible service.
You get what you pay for I guess?? But $10 for pizza with OLD ham on it (you can tell because it’s going to that weird clear state) is a little disappointing.
Ordered 7:04PM, didn’t get my pizza till 7:40PM even though it says that it’s ready by 7:28PM. 🙃
Friendly staff, and decent cheap pizza. Cant go wrong
Check before leaving the shop, I ordered two fresh pizzas and waited for 15 minutes when I got home and opened them, one of the pizzas appeared to be stale, as if it had been sitting out for hours.
So....we have had 2 terrible orders from this location.
Last night my husband ordered a pizza at 10pm....the gentleman was very rude on the other line, and then he just hung up on my husband towards the end of the order. So my husband had to call back to confirm the pickup and order. Then when he picked it up, the employee was still rude and our pizza was overcooked. Twice now....waisted $60.

The food is okay, but I got my pizza, and realized that there’s no pizza sauce, it’s just cheese on bread. Pretty dissapointing

I don't trust them due to various reasons, and I won't be going back there.

I just ordered my food from doordash. My delivery driver was over there to pick up my order but the lady at restaurant was very rude with delivery driver she denied to give the order i heard this all conversation on phone call with the driver because he was giving me update about the status of order. Hilarious service.

Ordered online and called establishment afterward to make specifications - as we always have the past four years - to be argued with by JENNARD for five minutes with an extremely poor and downright rude attitude and very poor customer service. We were simply asking for substitutions on our Deep Dish Detroit pizza due to food intolerances, not additional toppings. I said “hello I am calling regarding our order just placed online.” Jennard said “So? What about it?” I then stated that instead of Italian Sausage we would like ham. Instead of onion and green pepper, we would like mushroom and tomatoes. Jennard stated repeatedly these were “additonal, and extra charges”, when in the last four years at this location in our neighborhood this has never been an issue. (We have however had issues with undercooked pizza). After growing tired of the argument with Little Caesars employee Jennard, I requested the order not be prepared and cancelled. He then stated, rudely and repeatedly, “it’s not my problem, it’s your problem”, when there is no option to cancel the order on the website and the establishment had already taken our money ($40.82). Recognizing this conversation was going nowhere I simply restated “DO NOT MAKE THIS ORDER”, and finally hung up on this person, and left a comment with Little Caesars Canada website. This entire experience has been more than frustrating, we are out of pocket for $40.82, and we are still hungry after returning at 9:30 PM from hospital to visit our aunt in palliative care. We will be eating canned soup this being. I truly hope no one ever has the displeasure of dealing with this individual again, and we will never be ordering from this location ever again. This was store #9691, on McOrmond Drive in Saskatoon, SK.

Ordered ahead and came in to pick up, person ahead of me took my pizza. Had to wait for another one to be made, my label with my details are on there, not that big of a deal but thank you for having my name and phone number given out to a random stranger.

I am very disappointed in the store manager. We spent about $100 on 8 pizza's which is all good, except when we got home we realized that the 2 deep dish pizza's still had raw dough. We live about 40 min out of the city so it doesn't make sense to drive back. The lady who took our order was awesome, and when I called back she apologized and told me how to finish cooking them. She took my name and number and said she would have the manager call me back. When the manager called back, she was unwilling to rectify the situation at all and told me that their oven is 500 degrees and didn't believe me when i said the dough was still raw, but than blamed it on the sauce for not being fully cooked. She stated that next time we order we are to ask for no sauce and they will give it to us separately. Like what? So disappointed.
