When we called ahead to order the lady was talking to my daughter like she was stupid and didn’t know what a pizza was lol. Trust us honey we know

The worse customer service ever. Very rude staff just yelling at their customers have no experience on how to handle customers or talk to them. Stay away from this branch. They all seem like they don’t want to work there

Came here this morning at 10 and they opened almost 10 mins late which isn’t the problem. There was a teenage boy ordering food and the lady mumbles the price back to which he politely replies “pardon?” And then the lady screamed the price right in his face it startled me. If you don’t want be polite to customers find a job somewhere with no customer service because that was disgusting behaviour.

Nice pizza place. Waited for a bit while custom order was being made. And it seemed like it was super busy. I asked the guy and he said it wasn't, which is suprising. It's pretty funny to watch actually 😄
I ALWAYS go online and check if they have any deals, you can even custom order with the option to pay at the till, for a set time and what not, it's a good system for a mediocre pizza. Honestly though that stuffed bread almost is better than the pizzas, that I've had anyway.

Everything was as expected of a Little Caesars.
Unfortunately the price of items where a bit over priced for what you get.
Food was good.
Service was with zero smile just a, what do you want? That will be x amount of $. Served.
Small tight service area as normal.

The worst customer service. Ordered our last meal here and they messed up on our order. I was told that they would replace on our next order and to place a note in the delivery section. The man I spoke with was completely arrogant, and was unwilling to provide a satisfactory outcome for a paying customer that orders there often. Said he would only honour as a walk in order. When, the prior lady I spoke with seemed more then helpful and accommodating to my request. That's okay, we will take our money and service going forward elsewhere. I hope the lack of customer service is worth the unfriendly review left and moving to another pizza provider!

… teach @little caesars pizza management your staff some manners and professionalism..

For the last couple years now, they never have any 3 meat pizzas ready...but they'll offer you the 5 meat...which costs more. A couple times I've just left not getting anything, but sometimes I just got something cheaper.

They used to ALWAYS have 3 meat available.

A lot of the times I'll just get a burger knowing that I can't get what I want there, or I'll get Ringer's because I can also get lasagna there.

Asked for pepperoni crazy puffs and instead got 4 stuffed crazy bread, imagine you were craving pepperoni crazy puffs with some bready breadsticks and instead get bready bread sticks with more cheese bread, not to mention pizza is always like a fragile rubber texture.
