Very nice place. Clean and welcoming restaurant with suoer friendly staff and amazing food. The lamb was amazing. Chicken buryani was fantastic. I will go back for sure.
Guy on cashier is very rude and unprofessional. Very pathetic service. He doesn’t know how to speak to a customer specially to a female . When we gave a honest review about the additional raita policy , he is trying to defend by zero tolerance post card. We had ordered full plate biryani where they provided one small raita for it. Upon paying the bill we just mentioned to him about the same. Rude behavior is not acceptable.
Edited: After getting reply to my review
Point 1:
Is the Zero Tolerance Policy applicable when a customer provides feedback? To my understanding, providing feedback—whether positive or negative—does not fall under any behavior restricted by Canadian laws or standard customer service policies. Therefore, I do not believe this policy should apply simply because feedback was given.
Point 2:
The male cashier openly challenged me to give two reviews instead of one. I would like to understand whether such behavior from an employee is considered acceptable under your Zero Tolerance Policy, as it appeared confrontational rather than professional.
Additional Note:
The cashier seemed unable to distinguish between genuine customer feedback and genuinely rude or abusive customer behavior, which the Zero Tolerance notice appears to address based on past incidents. Additionally, there was no welcoming or courteous gesture during the interaction, which further contributed to an unpleasant experience.

Very disappointed with the quality and size of the chicken( kabsa). The pieces were extremely small and did not feel fresh. Definitely not worth the price

Had the palak paneer & chana masala. Both were a generous portion and food flavour. Also very tasty butter naan. Looking forwards to eating here again.

Marhaba is my top go to place in Saskatoon. Their mutton biryani is by far the best I had ever, and their kababs/tikka are tender and perfect level spice that my kids enjoy. They have a very friendly staff and also have happy hour deals which is a great value for money. This is a must try place if you’re looking for biryani, kababs or just a perfect chai.
