I placed a mobile order for a Big Mac with No Meat. My order history clearly shows this customization, but the restaurant still gave me one with meat. I am vegetarian, so I couldn’t eat it.
On top of that, I ordered an apple pie (they didn’t have it) and a sundae (also unavailable). Instead of refunding me for the missing items, they told me they weren’t able to process a refund.
This was really disappointing — multiple mistakes in one order and no proper resolution. Please train staff to carefully check mobile orders and make sure refunds are actually issued when items aren’t available.

Who ever was working at 7:50, the girl working drive through was HORREDNOUS. No patients. No service. And absolutely just rude as hell, great experience to have first thing in the morning on our 18 hr long road trip!

The bathrooms in this restaurant are by far the most gross. The urinal in the men's bathroom was overflowing and the toilet had something wrong with it because there was water all around it (and probably not clean water). I hope to never eat there again.

There qere about five employees standing around on their phones doing nothing qhile i stood there watxhing my food get cold. None of the employees were wearing gloves and were rude to customers.

I stopped in yesterday to grab a drink and snack. Went to use the ladies washroom first, it was disgusting and absolutely no toilet paper in any of the stalls. I just left and went somewhere else.
Went through drive thru late at night. I waited a couple minutes at the intercom and nobody said anything, even when I tried talked so I pulled up to the window. I got a meal and fried were hard and cold. I was craving the fries and was so disappointed they weren't at all edible. Complete waste of money and time.
