Waited 15 minutes in the drive though for three small meals to drive away and find that all of our large fries were cold as a raw potato. Terrible.

This branch has always been a great help whenever I needed it! Especially during my long trips, it’s been a perfect stopover to rest and enjoy some good food. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent.
Just a small suggestion — it would be even better if the store lobby and washrooms could be kept a bit cleaner, with supplies refilled more regularly. That way, both men and women can have an even more comfortable experience. Overall, a great place that truly helps travelers!

Not to bad of food
I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's. They were unable to prepare my order because they ran out of one of the items. I was offered either a replacement or a refund — I chose the refund. However, the amount they returned was incorrect, and no one informed me about the discrepancy.
When I noticed and came back to ask for the correct refund, not only was there no apology, but the staff acted as if it was no big deal. This kind of service is unacceptable. It's frustrating enough that they couldn't fulfill my order, but to handle the refund so carelessly and without any basic courtesy is just unprofessional.

Once again !! This is twice now that I have ordered from here and the fries taste stale and hard as a rock . Didn't even eat them ! And again when you order nuggets they ask what sauce and it right on the dam bill 2 sauce . But no sauce in the bag what so ever . Get your shit together people !!!

everything about this mcdonald’s was wrong the girl serving wasn’t nice at all and they clearly gave me a old burger and the burger buns was so chewy and the burger patty was cold in the middle would not recommend this un cared for mcdonald’s

This afternoon, my daughter and I visited the Idylwyld McDonald's drive-thru to order breakfast sandwiches, as we were planning to have a late breakfast. Upon opening the food after we left, we discovered that the buns on our sandwiches were severely burnt and charred.
We returned to McDonald's to address the issue. The employee at the drive thru appeared surprised by the condition of the sandwiches and called over the manager. Unfortunately, the manager did not express much concern. We were provided with a replacement order, three of the sandwiches were acceptable, but the fourth bun appeared to have been torn apart, with half of the bun gone, might have been removing the charred part. I informed the second lady at drive thru that this was unacceptable and told her that we simply wanted the items we had originally ordered, prepared properly.
The manager then came to the window and appeared visibly annoyed, treating us as though we were at fault. She explained that the burnt on the sandwiches was due to how their equipment is set-up, though she did not acknowledge the excessive charring. She offered a refund but did so in a dismissive manner, handing our refund before closing the window without any comment.

They mess my order up 90% of the time. The amount of times I’ve paid for mcchicken sauce and they don’t put it in the bag is actually closer to 100%. Missing drinks when I order from skip or uber, and for the love of god it takes 1 second to not put my pickles and onions in the same damn spot. I shouldn’t have to reconstruct my burger when someone is paid to make it for me. Seems like a small thing to complain about but when month after month the staff don’t get any better and my experience sucks (as well ad others im sure) in some way everytime, I’d say it’s time to retrain people and if they can’t pay attention to simple details get rid of them.
