I’m actually gobsmacked, I have NEVER experienced anything like this at a fast food drive through! I sat in the drive through line for 25 minutes, to be told, pretty rudely by the way, when we finally reached the screen that they were “no longer taking orders” because they “had too many.” This is a 24/7 access drive through…. We were then stuck in the drive through line, and when we finally were able to leave it looked as though they resumed taking orders. I am genuinely shocked, I realize how dramatic this sounds but like common!

I ordered a hot fudge sundae, haven't had one in a long time, first of all they hardly put any sauce on it. Second, it tasted so gross, almost hard and old tasting. I spit it out, and I couldn't finish eating the sauce. I wish I could add my picture of it right now.

Had an amazing experience at McDonald’s! The food was fresh, hot, and served quickly. The fries were perfectly crispy, and the burgers were made just right. The staff was friendly, polite, and very efficient, making the whole visit smooth and enjoyable.

Gets my order wrong more than I care to admit. Tonight was the last time though. Charged me for 3 cheese burgers gave me one. I'm done. I'll go out of my way to get my McDonald's fix, this location won't get it anymore.

Very disappointed. Multiple times we've received a messed up order. I totally understand being busy, mistakes happen. But this has happened 3+ times at point people need to be re trained :/
