In my experience, at this location they get orders wrong more often than right. As such, I double check my orders whenever I pick up. Today I learned that I have to open each individual item to ensure something isn’t missing. Like half a bun. Absolutely staggering incompetence.

I was denied service saying system is updating at 3:30 am. I was asked to wait for 20 mins , waited for 15 mins and after that refused to take orders saying they have no idea how long system update will take. Lady was so rude. Very very bad experience , should improve customer service

Always driving thru here in this branch every Saturday night and most of the time the soft serves are not available, there was this one time, nuggets are missing on my order, and there was a time that there's a nuggets but there's no dipping sauce in the bag..but because this branch is on our way, we still keep on coming here every Saturday night. It's a Mcdo nights for our kids.

We received the wrong item from a mobile order, so no room for miscommunication. The wrong item that we received was not even edible. The food was literally slimy. Absolutely disgusting.

This is the third time they have put beef in my order when I ordered cheese burger without meat. Highly unresponsive staff. My kid don’t eat meat and feedbacks given before does not matter to staff at this place

the manager at the front counter was racially profiling me and refused to give me my food even tho i did nothing wrong and olny order my food. was very disrespectful towards me for no reason after i paid for me food and was disrespectful towards me because i am a teenager, made me feel very hurt. wouldn’t recommend this spot because of her and would decide to come back once i feel welcomed into the establishment and not DISRESPECTED. also came in here another time after playing sports and asked for a water cup. was VERY rudely shut down and offered to pay for the cup and tried to change me for a pop and not a water.
