The last 3+ times I have gone there, my order has been wrong. I have asked for hamburgers with no mustard end up with everything removed, I had a mcdouble have ZERO patties, and just today I ordered a new burger only to get home and find a chicken sandwich instead. I have ordered bacon on burgers, get charged for it, and find it missing from my burgers. Even back when the mccrispy was new, I have ordered it twice only to find a grilled chicken slab instead of crispy chicken.
All of this is on top of the numerous stale buns, cold fries, and almost inedible food. This has to be one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to.

Waited for about 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Finally I had to yell across the kitchen to get someone's attention, I had questions about the grinch meal. The workers were annoyed with me for disturbing them. It's like they expect you to do their job and use the self serve stations. Then they gave me a wrong item and were annoyed when I brought it up... like wheres the customer service? Also, it's run by east Indians, which explains a lot. Not friendly people at all, just there for the check.

I ordered my meal at 4:04 pm and still hadn't received it at 4:22 pm....I noticed on the receipt I asked for a strawberry milkshake and a coke was listed. Meanwhile I ordered just a big mac and received that in less than a minute; the two burgers were over cooked and looked like they had been made the day before...I ate it anyway because there was a line of 4 people waitng for more than 7 min and a few of the restaurant tables looked like they hadn't been wiped in an hour or more. Doesn't seem like there's a manger in there or no one watching the front counter while everyone talks in the cooking area. Another guy walked behinf the counter to ask for someone to serve him up front.

The absolute worst McDonald's in the city. Never get the right order and there constantly making excuses of why you can't order this or that saying this is broken or not in working order. I've gotten a rock hard bun on my cheese burgers so many times and had to go back. Terrible restaurant.

My question is if they open 24/7 how come when you walk in 3 or 4 amthey where saying that they are closed in same time online saying they open 24/7?

Service is absolutely terrible. Nothing’s ever working in there. including the ice cream machine fry machine, burger, machine, etc. my order got messed up so bad that all I got was a water and some straws when in reality, I ordered two meals. beware customers👍
