This McDonald’s never fails to consistently disappoint me. EVERY time coffee is bought there (continue to try), the coffee is either full of coffee grounds or you can tell the coffee is old and has been sitting. I wish there was better quality control by corporate. It seems like once the private franchise is sold, corporate seems to distance themselves. I can’t give any more opportunities for them to make it right. Nothing has changed despite sharing concerns.

There's always something they don't have or an issue. They didn't have fries one time and didn't offer a substitute for the meal or discount. Today, they didn't chocolate milk for the kids' happy meals. The fries for all the meals were awful, and they only had certain pop available... list goes on.

This McDonald’s is surprisingly dirty, especially for a newly opened location. What makes it even crazier is that the place is almost always empty, so there’s really no excuse for it not to be clean. The service is painfully slow, and there’s constant beeping from neglected fryers, making it clear that management isn’t prioritizing quality. On top of that, the fountain drink machine still seems to have issues, my soda was warm. For a new location with so few customers, the lack of care is pretty shocking

Staff was friendly, and the food was terrible. I'm not a regular McD's customer, so I had no idea that the Ketchup has changed and is completely disgusting now. Honestly, I have pretty low expectations for McDonald's, but I'm sort of lost for words on how badly the quality has gone downhill, considering what it cost. No wonder it was almost empty while I was there during lunch hour.

By far the slowest McDonald's we have ever been to. Always get told to park even when no one else is in the drive thru and still take forever to bring our order out (not big orders). We are not sure why but there is always something wrong with the pop. Whether it's warm, flat or just doesn't taste right. Never received a correct or normal pop/drink.

Updated McDonald's. Great for kids, no play place though. Always seem to miss an object from an order, be it a straw all the way up to a pack of fries.
Appalling service. I was the only person in line at the drive thru this morning and they forgot about me. I sat there for 15 minutes before I had to leave without my order.

They are not very nice. I tried ordering through the McDonald’s app. My money left the account and I have not received it back or my food because they said it didn’t come through. I’ve ordered before with this same card and had no issues. Very frustrated and unimpressed with how the staff handled the situation

Sick and tired of going to the drive thru and placing an order for 2 meals and getting someone else’s meal and it’s only one.
My husband who just went through the drive thru this morning after coming off a night shift, ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese McGriddles with 2 hash browns, and 2 orange juice coles home with 2 hasbrowns, 2 orange juices and 1 sausage egg and cheese McMuffin! He paid more and got less…so sick and tired of this nonsense!
Hope the guy ahead of him enjoys our breakfast…

The food has not been great the last few visits, the fries are very stale and cold and the last few times I’ve been receiving mostly crumbs. The service is very mid.

Food was up to McDonalds standard, but this is the second time that I have been here, several weeks apart and the fountain drinks are warm. The staff serve drinks with ice from their dispenser behind the counter, but repairing the fountain doesn't seem to be a priority.
