To be honest, I usually don’t leave bad reviews. However, I was very disappointed that they served me a hard pancake. I didn’t even finish it—it tasted like it was leftover or expired. The place also wasn’t clean; the walls were very dirty.

Okay. I got an order to pick up for ubereats. I drove to the restaurant for 9kms and the server said order is picked up by someone else. It’s not my job to inform uber that the order is picked up by someone else. It’s either uber or restaurant's responsibility.
And to add another part, maybe it was never picked up by someone else. Maybe the stuffs had it. You never know. You better make sure the driver confirms the order on their phone or you make it again for the next driver. If it happens to me again then I'll come back again to add another review about your service. I hope that management will take actions on these matters. Thank you.

Just went here for breakfast. Long wait in the drive-thru. Got given the wrong order, waited in line again, got given half my order, waited in line again got the rest of my order. Now 45 minutes later I have my full order with a cold coffee and cold main. Just go to wendys across the street

Actually gross. Garbage was over flowing, Empolyee’s rather be on their phones than changing the garbage. Seeing them touch their clothes, faces, phones and then food, not good. I think I counted like 3 people wearing gloves. They were polite and fast, yet the hygiene was not great.

I have ordered delivery from this mcdonalds probably 15-20 times now, solely because it is the closest to me and i want my food to still be hot when it arrives. It is the most garbage, terrible, awful mcdonalds of all time. They have never gotten my order 100% correct, EVER. not once. The last 2 times I ordered they forgot my chicken nugget sauce and straw. Often they forget a fork if you order poutine. They almost never give you napkins in my experience. Seriously, never EVER order here. This location is not just terrible, it is comically bad to a level where it’s just sad.

8th St and Louise St. Location.. Main floor bathroom filthy. No toilet paper. Garbage spilling onto floor. Floors and along baseboards and behind toilet gross. 1st time in restaurant. Used drive thru for many years. Not anymore. Lost appetite. Glad Stonebridge McD's is close to home too
