If this McDonald’s is not allowing walk-in customers after 10 PM, then STOP advertising as 24 hours open on Google. I walked nearly 30 minutes in the cold expecting to get dinner, only to be stopped at a locked door and told walk-in is “closed.”
Google clearly shows 24-hour open for walk-in and drive-thru. Either the owner is completely unaware of what staff are doing, or employees are freely deciding their own rules both are unacceptable.
McDonald’s is supposed to be about convenience and consistency. Also when i called the store the manager lady talked with me very rudely and said do whatever you want and you can . Fire this kind of emoloyee immediately. This location delivers neither. Wasting customers’ time like this is disrespectful. I will be escalating this to McDonald’s corporate because this is false advertising and poor management.
Do better.

This is the worst experience Im ever having in Saskatoon for food.

They sure weren't thinking when they put the stairs to the upstairs seating area. Very large steps. Difficult for seniors to traverse. And why so cold in there? If I didn't have my winter coat on, I'd be freezing.

I came into the drive thru here around 9:50pm on January 7th, the two ladies working the drive thru had awful attitude and made it very obvious to me on purpose that they were talking badly about me, i just paid in some coins and wanted the rest on debit and they even got my drink size wrong so i then asked for my correct size that i paid for and they gave me awful attitude for it! the one lady was dressed in a black puffer jacket with black hair in a bun, the other lady had the work uniform on and a very long ponytail in her hair! absolutely awful, hope to never come across these two again! terrible customer service, terrible workers! don’t work there if you’re like that!

I recently ordered a couple of cheeseburgers, fries, and a mango pineapple smoothie from your location. While the smoothie tasted really good, I was disappointed with the quality of the burgers and fries.

Both the burgers and fries tasted mushy and seemed old, which was very unexpected. I usually expect better quality from McDonald’s, so this experience was disappointing.

I hope you can please look into this and work on improving the food quality. Thank you for your time and understanding.

I was having a long drive, so thought to go in and buy my meal. I went around 12 in the midnight, and the front door was already closed. I don’t think that should be as per McD’s policies. This is the worst experience I have with McD.
