Spent around 40$ on a couple diffetent meals. If im paying top dollar like everywhere else now a days I expect fresh food . Tasted like they were sitting out for 2 days. Every other day I've ordered food and went to the pick up spot in thr parking lot waiting for my food they forgot to give me my food both times. So I had to walk in and reorder both times

I’m giving McDonald’s a one-star review for the first time ever. I visit this location often, but today was truly disappointing. I ordered an ice cream cone and a chocolate sundae, but instead of a cone, I was just given a cup of completely melted ice cream. When I told them I had ordered a cone, I expected them to make a new one properly. Instead, I watched as they casually stuck three mini cones on top of the same melted ice cream and handed it back.
The photo shows what the “sundae” and “cone” looked like when I got them — completely liquid and already melting everywhere. My car seat and floor are now sticky and messy because of it.
The staff seemed impatient and unfriendly throughout, and didn’t take the issue seriously at all. Really hope management can improve both product quality （my chicken burger also overcooked）and customer service attitude.

I wish to give them zero star yesterday night we been there with family front counter was confused after giving order a lady said to get ur order on take out place I was waiting there but she put my iced coffee on place were we order and I was waiting in take out place much disrespectful behavior then I ask for more cream the lady with long hair said u need to buy it after sometimes I said are u sure i have to pay for cream extra then she gave me 2 cream on side such rude behavior never wanna go back in such place where there no nice service dirty wash rooms rude frant crew if we ask for something frant crew behaved like they are very tired to help us both girls were very rude I am not happy with ur service never wanna come there at all so zero star for u guys

There were so many staff members just messing around while others were working hard and keeping the orders flowing. The ones standing around were swearing loudly and a lot.

Bathrooms are a dive. 1 of 2 sinks working, 1 of 2 dryers working and 1 of 2 stalls don’t have a door lock. The feminine product disposal bin didn’t have a bag inside so all the nastiness was sitting in the bin. I feel sorry for the janitor who has to clean this.
I tried to go with my 2 children but was horrified.

Always getting orders wrong and very sloppy made all our 4 coffees were wrong, not to mention the dirty tables Then trying to talking to the manager was a waste of time because nothing was cleaning and. Seeing people go oing back in because the orders are wrong sag6s alot about the Restraunt and how much tjey care about what the customer thinks horrible!!
We ordered 2 burgers from the mobile phone to deliver via drive-thru, everything is crystal clear for ordering, but they couldn't bring a few items together. We chose not to have cheese for the burger 1, but we saw 2 cheese in it. For the second burger, we chose not to have pork in it but they put it on the burger.
I'm really wondering what you are doing in that building, you should have been able to bring 5 ingredients together!

This is the WORST McDonald's I've ever been inside of. All the tables that I could see were dirty and the floor was dirty. I went to the men's washroom, and there was no door to the stall at all. Never in my life will I go here again. Just imagine the effort that goes into your food here.
