Whats the logic of opening restaurant when you can't serve your customers right way. 25 min on drive through and still waiting in que. No way even to pass by and change mind. Completely disgusting services at night time.

Had a very disappointing experience with the overnight drive-through associate. Her attitude and customer service were extremely poor. If you don’t know what customer service is, then stay home because this profession is not for you. Customers deserve respect and basic courtesy, and none of that was shown during my visit.

Ordered and the food was missing a ingredient, egg in a McMuffin.(It happens) I addressed this and was immediately given a new McMuffin with everything correct. The employee was amazing thank you .

11pm on May 2nd. Drive through is running EXTREMELY slow! 8 vehicles in line, hasn't moved in almost 10 minutes. UPDATE: 15 November 2025 @ 6:20am, on a Saturday, picking up a breakfast in the drive thru, 5 cars in front of me and the line didn't move for 10 minutes... one vehicle had to turn around on the grass and I had to ask the car behind me to back out or I was going to be late for work. This drive thru is notoriously bad on weekend mornings.

VERY DISAPPOINTED with the CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Every visit feels WORSE than the last!!! Most of the STAFF are RUDE, IGNORING CUSTOMERS like we don’t exist!!! Such an UNPLEASANT and DISRESPECTFUL experience!!! This place SERIOUSLY needs to IMPROVE its CUSTOMER SERVICE and TRAIN the staff to be more POLITE and PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got the table service tracker after calling my order to go pickup 3 times I finally broke down and went to pickup my order and asked what the point of my table tracker was, the lady said sorry.
The late night drive through manager has to be the nicest friendly person I’ve ever met drive-through! And helped us out with $.50 out of his own pocket because we were short

dear mcdonald’s, this is coming from a place of hurt not hate. i love yall to death but i order extra pickles and i get 4 pickles, i order extra extra pickles and i get 4 pickles, i say put as many pickles as possible and up charge me if needed… AND I GET 4 PICKLES!! just let me munch out on pickles😭
