They really need to learn what sugar in coffee is. Every damn time at this location they never put sugar in. Really getting angry. Will flip out next time I'm there and there isn't coffee. Your jobs aren't hard at all.

Was a little disappointed. We ordered using the self checkout. No paper printed out. Then, I waited almost 15 minutes for our food. People who ordered after me got their food. The tables in the play area were dirty. Love taking my niece and nephew here because they can play before and after we eat, but the service was not great 2 days in a row.

Just got here today drive thru-missing orders,miscommunication with the orders.One of their staff who made the cheeseburger sndwiches is not wearing gloves.Touching tongs to sndwiches with her bare hands,improper food handling. .no food safety.

The worst McDonald’s experience – Saskatoon location. We moved here specifically because they have a playroom for kids. We ordered food to eat inside, but they packed it all to-go. They also forgot the Happy Meal toy — not a big deal, mistakes happen.
But what really ruined everything was the food itself. I ordered a Double Big Mac and had to throw it away. The patties were completely overcooked, dry, and just inedible. My wife ordered a burger — same issue, totally burnt and disgusting.
The cheeseburger in the Happy Meal was also dry, tasteless, and overall just bad.
Everything was so poorly made and flavorless that we couldn’t eat it. I’m writing this in hopes that someone at McDonald’s actually reads and takes this seriously — this location needs to improve, because this was a huge disappointment.

Went through the drive through they always send people to wait for there food is this not fast food and not only that they can’t even get the order right very poorly managed restaurant they need a new manager and staff and maybe people that can listen and get the order right .

i don't mean to be a karen or negative or anything but everytime we go here our order is always wrong first time is fine because everyone makes mistakes , no big deal but i feel if it's messed up three times in a row, it's intentional and i feel as if they're not paying attention however, the inside is always clean and it has lots of good seating
