Got almost no sauce in my mc spicy chicken. Staff is understaffed. Place was dirty . Clealry a management issue. Whoever is managing place ,dsnt care about customers and their employees.

Was the most ignorant atmosphere ive ever experienced. Screaming and crying children, employees on their break on their phones with full volume blasting beside customers with no care in the world. Left with a migraine and dont plan on dining in a mcdonalds ever again.

Dirty restaurant, staff doesn’t seem to care, they’ve screwed up my order several times and their attitude is that I have to double and triple check their work so I mean if I gotta supervise your staff you should be compensating me with pay since I’m an important member of the team. If you screw up an order and someone brings it to your attention you just fix the order, you don’t try blame other people, you don’t question the customer, you fix the order, that’s what customer service is about.

Love this place. I love coming here I always feel welcomed and I love their chicken McNuggets and those eggs mcmuffins they make especially during the day. I love waking up at 7AM to go for a walk to Mcdonalds for breakfast always hits home. Always clean and workers that actually works hard to make it worth it to visits Mcdonalds with families & friends. :)

Slow service, of course they get you to park like every other mcdonalds drive thru. Idk if they need to get better headsets or what but the girl couldn't seem to hear a thing i said, i was nearly yelling at her just to get my order through, and after a 10 minute wait in the parking spot it was still wrong. I wish I could rate 0.

A couple weeks ago this location was closed, and had nothing updated for hours. I even checked before driving over and double checked after. Last night at 4am tried to get a cheeseburger and they said it was breakfast… ??? When did McDonald’s start serving breakfast at 4am? I swear the girl on the speaker was trying not to laugh when she said it was breakfast…! It was kind of funny because at first I thought she was joking. After I asked again, I swear I heard a stifled laugh… which can’t lie made me laugh bc I thought she was messing with me… but also made me not purchase a thing. More so this location is getting ridiculous. Does it have new owners or something…? Update your hours please when you are closed (google, Apple Maps, bing, yahoo, facebook, instagram) like come on - you need help with marketing. Would love an explanation on why breakfast starts at 4am now… What time is the changeover from cheeseburgers&pickles to eggs? Is it actually 4am…? Do better. Please. Update hours. Also who wants eggs at 4am!

I ordered a late night bundle and the fries I recieve were cold soggy and unsalted, I really dislike this McDonald's location but the other locations in the city aren't any better. Very disappointed as my order was over $50. I want hot salted fries! What a shame.
