The mayo sauce was charged extra on the meal i ordered when i asked why they said in this location we charge for mayo sauce the problem is not abt money but i used to order from different locations in the city they never charge so i was wondering just why is it not the same brand and franchise they must have same rules on all branches

I am a so frustrated from this restaurant, they take soo long to prepare one order even when its very very slow. I wait for my order about 10 mins. Its always the same manager with glasses in the morning.

I went to this location to get some breakfast. the guy who works at the kitchen is also taking the order from the customer. The customer pay cash with bills and coins after that the guy went to the kitchen touching the food without washing his hands. Disgusting.

,,,,ordered today about 5 minutes ago, order taker got my order wrong, they only charged me for the burger instead of the meal that i wanted and only gave me 5 pieces of nuggets instead of the 6 pieces and the nuggets were old :(

Had to get the same burger remade three times, asked for no pickles or sauce on a big Mac, ended up first with a regular, second still had pickles, then my third had no cheese. Will probably not come back here again

The drink we ordered tasted like regular water, which is just red in color, I am very disappointed with this order
The Staffs are arrogant and rejecting to answer questions, I ask politely and nicely but they are ignoring me like they never see or hears me

Opportunity for improvement ... You can't get single clean table when you get in. They skipped the order, had to go and remind them. Tomato sauce not filled up... Didn't provide tray for the order.. Service and atmosphere not up to the standards. Food quality is still good.
This place is disgusting! The fires are cold! Chicken cold inside. Just horrible! I wish I could post how messy to pop area is. Ice machine broken

I called on Sunday, March 9, at 12:30 PM regarding my Skip order. When the lady answered, she immediately started yelling at me, saying, “Why would you call and not answer?” First of all, I waited five minutes for someone to pick up. I was calling to report that my food arrived in terrible condition, but I didn’t even get a chance to say a word. She was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Overall, a terrible experience—I do not recommend this place at all.
Food is terrible. They forgot to give me ketchup after I asked them multiple times. Also it's McDonald's, what do you expect?
I understand the pressure of meeting drive thru times as I worked fast food for 5 years. However, I wanted to delete something off my order when I went to pay at the first window and the employee told me this was not possible at all. While I was talking to her, she was also trying to get another order. She told me twice she could not delete or change the order AT ALL at the first window, then slammed the window and said nothing when I said I won’t be purchasing anything. I called the store afterwords, and was told you can change your order. I feel that the level of customer service has decreased significantly regardless of how busy it is. It seems that getting people through matters more than having a decent conversation about the situation.
