Some how it's always at least a 10 min wait to get your order in the mobile pickup. 10 to 15 when you go inside and have to use the clerk at the counter since it's usually not manned and you have to wait for someone to see you.only way to get service at this location is drive thru.

Very slow service. And the staff is so rude the guy on the drive thru didn’t even say hello or confirmed the order. He just handed over the debit machine to me and closed the window. This is not the first time it happened at this location. They always being rude and gave me the wrong order on top service is super slow.

It was a very frustrating experience. We had to wait for the delivery person (Minhajur)for 10 minutes after his call to find out that he has given the order to a random person. After we tried to see what is going on the delivery man has said "I don't speak English" and hang up, even though he said earlier that he will come back to us and was speaking English perfectly fine. It is very sad and frustrating especially with the fact that McDonalds has just offered to refund the amount. We are still hungry and want to eat. Refund of money will never refund your mood and wasted time. Delivery process should be controlled properly.

Very bad customer experience. The server at night was very rude. Didn’t respond while trying to order through drive through even though i waited for more than 5 mins and saying hello through the speaker. Asked to go through drive through again when I went to the window to order the food coz she didn’t respond on speaker and mocked us for asking her to response. It’s not the first time she’s being rude. It was totally unacceptable. Last mcdonads I would prefer to go to in Canada

Ordered a 20 nugget share box and got 2 10 piece meals instead which is more expensive. When confronting they didn’t care and said “ that’s good “ we didn’t receive our sweet and sour and our tartar sauce was basically empty. Very disappointed.
i was having such a bad day and all i wanted was some good chicken nuggets and sweet and sour sauce. they didn’t even give me my sauce!! and there were five nuggets 🙁

I went in and the mobile app didn't work, the self order didn't work and when it was my turn at the counter after waiting the counter person turned and took off to the kitchen so I left the restaurant and went home. 7:20 PM

Went through drive through. Was asked to pull ahead and wait. Waited 10-15mins. Food finally came out and the bag felt like it was in a cooler. None of the food was warm let alone hot.
