We very rarely visit this location, (Confederation Drive & 22nd St.) but that changes now. We ordered through the drive-thru. Our fries were burn your mouth fresh, crispy, and perfectly salted which never seems to happen at other locations. Our big macs and filet o fishes were also freshly made, and full of flavour. Their syrup mix in their pop was also bang on, a refreshing change from other locations. Fresh, hot food at 2:30 pm -wow!

ordered thru uber eats, the order was 45 mins late, and it was all cold. i purposely ordered fries cause i thought they would be hot somewhat but when i got the order they were cold. and the bag was open for some reason. these workers could really do better and i would be advised to do so. i have a broken ankle right now, otherwise i would just go thru drive thru and get everything fresh. today was not the day for that: and i expect my experience at mcdonald’s so much better. 40 dollars for nuggets and a wrap. ridiculous i loved it better when i worked there and got 50% off. there’s no reason to sell cold food, and trust me i know what they do there. please do better so i my cravings get here right. so ridiculous 🙄

Many times i order mcveggie burger and multiple they mistake. They change your order or missing your items. Today i order mc veggie meal with large fires and gravy. I got my order and fires and gravy are missing. I don’t know these guys are sleeping while work or they do it by intentionally.

Confed is the worst McDonald's. Please hire staff that actually know what's on your menu, how can you have a billboard outside advertising the triple pickle mccrispy but then have your staff at the drive thru say that's not on the menu. This location is always 'sold out' of the creamy dill pickle sauce or they say they are and then put it in the bag anyway. Also when I order 1 item please stop assuming I said 2 and charging me for 2, this has happened many times now. I'm going to avoid this location like the plague, very dirty and tired of having to pull over to wait when I went through the drive thru for a reason, maybe if you got the order right I wouldn't have to wait so long...

Terrible experience. On 26 Nov 2025 at around 10 PM, I waited almost 35 minutes in the drive-thru and no one took my order. When I finally drove up to the window, the lady told me she was working alone. I understand being short-staffed, but at least inform customers beforehand if the wait is going to be that long. After waiting all that time, the food I finally received was cold, which made the whole experience even worse. This location really needs better management and customer service.

Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes, no one said anything at all, pulled to the window to see 2 workers just standing and chatting. pulled around back into the drive thru to be ignored for another couple minutes before I left and went to a different mcdonald’s.
