I ordered fries. The fries had NO salt on them. I complained, and received a new order of fries. The new order of fries had way too much salt on them and were almost not edible.

I am a regular customer at this McDonald’s and usually purchase items from here. However, during one visit I asked for some ketchup, and instead of being treated politely, I received a very rude expression from one of the employees.she is tall , thin and wearing glasses . Not only these time but I asked her once that I want to purchase a spicy habanero .at that time I ordered fries and I just asked her that is it free or I have to pay ? She replied very rudely and with negative attitude.I also worked for McDonald for around 6 months and never treated customers like that before.
It was extremely unprofessional and disappointing to be treated that way over something as simple as ketchup. Customers should never feel uncomfortable or disrespected for making a basic request.
I hope management addresses this issue seriously, as respectful customer service is just as important as the food being served.

I had a really disgusting experience here. I saw a worker rubbing their face and nose and then handling burgers with the same hands.. no gloves or handwashing. After a week later, I ordered another in this place, only to find hair strands inside my burger halfway through eating. I puked and threw the rest out. Absolutely no sense of hygiene. Never going back. 1/10 horrible cleanliness and lack of food safety.

Do not give these people your money! They double charge you, saying the accidental charge will be returned to you in 2 days… it’s not my fault that your Moneris is broken. They refuse to give me what I paid for. Absolute garbage.

We ate here (McDonald's walmart in Preston location) for late supper March 30 around 9pm and asked for mayo as we like it as dipping sauce for our fries. We were told rudely by the cashier that we needed to buy the mayo. The first time ever, we were told by McDonald's staff that we needed to pay. I hope they realize that these are packets of mayo and not bottles of mayo we are asking.. this is why we love to go to the 51st mcdonalds location.. cleaner, staff are friendly, and yes, mayo is free.

Wonderful! The service was above and beyond. I was having a coughing fit and the manager went out of his to bring me a glass of water to make sure I was alright. He's been ontop of all the order along with all of the other great staff.
There aren't enough people in the service industry like the ones at this McDonald's. Absolutely appreciated. 10/10

Stale food for my last two visits. The McChicken burger patty was like a rock and tasted very stale. To my surprise there was hardly any lettuce and sauce which was just spreaded on one bottom corner of the burger.

service was really awful and inexperienced. The store manager should be fired! They were Very rude. If your location is different than other McDonald’s, it’s fine by me, but she can’t say that I was lying and checking my receipts from other stores, as well as my phone. I showed her the flyer already, She said it wasn’t true. After I complained about that, she explained “not true for all stores” if she trusted me then after I showed her the flyers she still wanted to check my receipts from other stores? What was the reason she said that she is the one who post the flyers, she has never seen anything! And she could at least be polite while saying it! This is very embarrassing in front of so many customers said “it is not true”. kids’s meal every Wednesday from 4-7pm $2 off it is true!
