Stale food for my last two visits.
The McChicken burger patty was like a rock and tasted very stale.
To my surprise there was hardly any lettuce and sauce which was just spreaded on one bottom corner of the burger.

service was really awful and inexperienced. The store manager should be fired! They were Very rude. If your location is different than other McDonald’s, it’s fine by me, but she can’t say that I was lying and checking my receipts from other stores, as well as my phone. I showed her the flyer already, She said it wasn’t true. After I complained about that, she explained “not true for all stores” if she trusted me then after I showed her the flyers she still wanted to check my receipts from other stores? What was the reason she said that she is the one who post the flyers, she has never seen anything! And she could at least be polite while saying it! This is very embarrassing in front of so many customers said “it is not true”. kids’s meal every Wednesday from 4-7pm $2 off it is true!

Food was good, service was really good but experience was awful as a customer in uniform was at the table behind us having a very loud phone call on speaker phone and even took their shoes off and spread out so everyone could smell their gross feet. Beyond gross

Food is good quality, Service is below ok, atmosphere is ok.Food - Regular mcdonald’s quality food and sizes. They won’t cheap out but they will give you bare minimum. Everything is constructed with gloves and clean. Never had an issue with a messy or messed up order.Service - Need to pay for extra sauce packets. They are very stingy on this and give bare minimum help. They won’t bring out food if you selected table service. Always trying to charge you more if you order at the till.Atmosphere - Clean, ok amount of space to maneuver with carts or a stroller. Zero natural light or windows. Not kid friendly
Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian options if you don’t eat meat.
Dietary restrictions: Modifications are easily done.
Parking: Walmart parking lot is very big.
Kid-friendliness: Kids can’t run around with hazards all over place

I am writing to express my disappointment with the Mc Donald Preston customer service experience I recently encountered at your establishment.On December 11 th 2023 , my 8-year-old son and I visited your restaurant, expecting a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, we were met with a situation that left us quite dismayed. When my son requested a glass of water from Manager “Anna “at counter , we were surprised when the she outright refused his request.I asked her we will pay then she doesn’t have any option to accept the payment for water .This incident not only made us feel unwelcome but also raised concerns about the basic hospitality standards at your restaurant. As a loyal customer, I believe that every guest, regardless of age, should be treated with courtesy and provided with essential amenities like water.I understand that lapses can occur, and I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement. It is my sincere hope that you address this matter promptly and take steps to ensure that such incidents do not reoccur in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take the necessary actions to enhance the overall customer experience at your restaurant.
