The products are good but I find the staff somewhat, snobby? As in when asking for product help I have found them rather rude and talk down to me. I honestly prefer shopping online instead of going here as the staff are just not great.

Incredible place all around! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, incredibly diverse selection of both coffee and tea, as clean as could he and incredibly well organized along with being local! Yes please! Only mildly more expensive then buying from big chains its worth stopping just to see the atmosphere and if you drink tea or coffee you'll quickly find it's the only place you go for your brewing needs!
