Washrooms were wet & sticky & smelt of urine .I think maybe a kid peed on the Family stall stall I told the A& W staff & she said she would tell the janitor..I did my part. Check washrooms more frequently..

Bumping up rating. Haven't run into bear spray since December. A lot of the new security measures seem to be slowing down the obvious shoplifting.

Absolutely boring the Bay is gone now nowhere to go and walk around and look at things the mall is boring nothing exciting there whatsoever it's dull rather be at 8 street mall or market mall that's where the class is plaza is a joke and I will never go back there again
... Getting more stores in that people are not gonna shop at and they're gonna go belly up soon what a waste of time you should get stores in there that are Canadian owned and maybe people show up more not everybody has thousands of dollars to spend on stores that are not affordable....
But hey that's just my opinion Midtown plaza has gone down significantly it's disgusting it's sad....

Surreptitiously discriminating. I was watched by security while I was eating at the table in the common by dollar store.
Whenever I go in to eat, it is selective enforcement..... only indigenous people are watched. Only indigenous people are told to leave their bags with the security while we shop.
The mixed woman...... I dont know the name of their mix and their mixed history.... I dont think they are smart enough to record their own history...... anyways, they get to take their bags in the store with them. I can't leave my bag with security. I have a lot of cash in it.
They aint even real cops. Just selective enforcement. Surreptitious Discrimination.
