****UPDATE: the manager Rod assured we would have a better experience and invited us back to do a re-do! We did have a better experience. 👍🏼👍🏾The steak was cooked properly, the drinks were filled, the servers were prompt. I would say the 14oz was more like a 10oz, but Rod assured me it was 14 when weighed before it was cooked. Possibly a lot of blood or fat weight loss. It had less hard gristle than last time. The steaks were cooked with a service industry trick - more water added while on the grill to ensure they weren't dry. This place has gone downhill. The closing supervisor was even present that night, I saw him, and he did nothing. I stared him down and spoke calmly for us to receive service just to have our drinks refilled, which they failed to do until they gave us the bill to pay. The steak was not worth $51 + tax. The 14 oz is 2 oz + of pure hard gristle throughout the whole thing. Ribeyes are supposed to be melt in your mouth grease. It shows that the cow was stressed and factory farmed, not happy or healthy, and likely not a local farm that was primarily grass fed. For the beef to be aged for weeks as advertised, it doesn't show. It is a stressed rigged texture, not sectioned. Difficult to cut, you gotta really saw at it. I ordered medium, they cooked it medium well, slightly on the edge. As a service cook, it's better to undercook than overcook if you're not sure, unskilled, or not able to be precise. That way, the meat can still be saved, and the time that it sits on the plate, to warmer, to server, to table, it's still cooking. The platter feature was pretty good, and the desert was good. It wasn't busy at all. We were the only ones there and our service was incredibly slow that it interfered with our schedule. They avoided our table like the plague to prevent us from asking for service. I had a membership with them, but when asked to pay, they didn't ask for it, so I failed to receive any points or redeem any points on my account. I would recommend The Keg, Odla, Park Cafe, Manos, Canadian Brewhouse over this. Even Red Lobster is better than this.

We had a great experience here tonight for our 6 year olds birthday supper. We hadnt planned to come, but Pink Cadillacs down the street were closed so came on a lark and it was wonderful. The server went above and beyond to help facilitate a good birthday for our son, even singing happy birthday and providing plates/a knife and a candle for the cake. Thank you Mr Mikes!

Overall not impressed with my experience. Food was good, actually better than expected but as for the service? Didn't even get the bare minimum. Got seated, the server the showed up a couple minutes after to take our drink order, brought those, gave us time to review the menu, didn't mention specials or anything though. We order then I literally never saw the server again, someone else brought out our food, not once we're we checked on, offered drink refills or anything. Was or busy? A bit but they had enough staff to handle the number of tables. The few interactions had with the hostess were pleasant enough but that doesn't make up for the lack of overall service.

Probably the worst Mr mikes I have ever eaten at. The spinach dip was absolutely disgusting. The server dropped my plate onto the table and made 0 effort to rectify the situation. And when I asked why the spinach dip wasn’t taken off the bill and how he dropped my food, he blamed it on my toddler?? Never gonna go here again

I ordered a ribeye steak 14oz and the damn thing had a stupid amount of fat holding it all together. Impossible to cut and enjoy because of all the fat I had to eat around. I'm very disappointed.
