Very disappointed in our steaks today. I have never written a review before but I really need to share this. My son and I each ordered rib eye steak and instead they gave us sirloins. Be aware that you may not get the right cut of steak you are paying for

My first and absolutely last.

We run paintnites at Mr Mike's and enjoy the friendly staff. Everyone enjoys the food. Not a lot of gluten free items on the menu though.

They’ve gone down in quality big time. Had to send my steaks back to get warmed up. (Fries are just cavendish you could have popped in the oven at home). Glad to see they’re surviving. Service was great though. Kind servers.

I wanted to go back to Mr Mikes as i was eligible for double points. But on this visit my wife's blue rare steak came closer to medium (again!). Mine steak was ordered and came rare, so she was somewhat disappointed (again). The server (again) wasn't as great as our previous visit in either. But I still enjoy Mr. Mike's.

UPDATE: From my 1st dissapointed experience.

I had the opportunity to experience Mike's Steak house again. I must say what a absolute amazing dinner we had this time round. Emily our waitress, was an absolute GEM. Kind well mannered and definitely had patience. Our drinks came on time each time. She came around to our table each time to make sure we were ok and made sure that we were taken care of. The food was really tasty this time. We had a really good meal and the ambiance was perfect. Thank you, Emily, thanks. Rod The steak house delivered to its promise. Tasty food is excellent service from Emily. You made it perfect for us.

My bf and I both got steaks; he got medium rare and I got medium. Both VERY pleased with how it came out!

We did not care for the Caesar’s tho. I didn’t find it spicy enough so the server gave us the bottle of tobasco. It helped a bit but still wasn’t good enough.

Service and atmosphere was very good. Definitely will be returning!

Great food good service

The food is lovely as always. The valentine special was a 3 course with a combination of steak and seafood. The bruschetta was enjoyable, the lobster tail was cooked to perfection, although there wasn't enough gravy for the mashed potatoes. But I loved everything overall. This is my 3rd time at Mr. Mikes, and I am never disappointed.

Worse meal i have ever had at any restaurant. The meal was cold. The vegetables, the gravy, the fries. The streak was warm at best. Not for one meal but for 4 meals. We where told that the cook didn't microwave the vegetables and Sauces that is why they where cold. Offered to redo the meals .. with what a microwave? The server didn't get get the order correct. No refills, messed up the order of cheese toast, and didn't bring the extra desert we ordered for the group. We did get an apology with a 20% discount for 4 ice cold meals. Which we sadly expected. We will Never go back!! Avoid like the plague!!

Food was ok. Service was terrible and it wasn’t even that busy for Valentine’s Day. One of our dishes had a hair in it and they did comp the meal so that was nice. I had the burger. I like how it was on a garlic bread but was very messy cause the burger and the bun are different shapes. It was a typical Mr mikes. Nothing special.

Made a reservation. Walked in, no one at the front. Once greeted by waitress, not likely a hostess based on her attire, indicated we had a reservation for 2. Seemingly surprised because she said... A reservation? I thought we were at the wrong restaurant. Follow me, to which we did, almost to the kitchen so she could talk to a manager or the one on duty. So we stood there while they talked. The manager also seemed surprised we were there for a reservation, hastily said to her and us, after scanning an area of the restaurant, yeah sure that one. Once seated, double checked my phone because I was pretty sure we had went to the wrong restaurant. Nope, email confirmation was for here. Felt ridiculous and ashamed for what felt like inconveniencing them with our 2 person reservation. Waitress who brought us our two iced teas was fantastic, sweet and attentive . Began crying since this anniversary supper was not going to be one to remember. My husband dropped $50 on the table for the inconvenience and we left. Can't rate the food, we had never been here before, didn't stay long enough to eat and won't be back.
