Giving this store 5 star not only for good pretzels but for an amazing service provided by Jess. I was having low blood sugar and without hesitation and judgment she let me have my drinks even before paying, which I rarely see in the service industry. Kuddos to you Jess!

Good one as a quick snack, took Parseman and it was good. Felt bit pricey...as it will cost 6$+ for one pretzel.

I love this location. The employees are so friendly! (Bad reviews about the service must be old) There are seats in front and is less crowded that in the food court. We love the pretzels too and I feel that the quality/freshness has been better this week.

The staff were friendly but I was disappointed with my pretzel. It did not taste fresh. It was not soft at all and slightly burnt on the ends. I was really looking forward to a soft warm caramel pretzel.

Makes me really sad that there’s so many bad reviews. Yes the employees obviously didn’t want to be there but I had the stuffed pretzel and OHMYGOD! It was one of the best things I have ever tasted in my life.soooo good.
I’ve been to this place 3 times. 2/3 times (over 50 percent), I have gone, they have gotten my order wrong. How difficult is it to put icing in a bag????

We are here in Saskatoon and excited to get some pretzel for our nieces and it's 5:15pm only but the lady said it's sold out. Its till early and I guess they can still make new one but they just don't wanna do it. Very disappointing customer service

I went to Mr.pretzels around 5:30 30minutes before the mall close they were sold out and refused to cook anymore. They need to be more prepared for the Christmas season and the rush very poor service. They just lost a bunch of sales tonight due to not being prepared
