I’ve been to this place 3 times. 2/3 times (over 50 percent), I have gone, they have gotten my order wrong. How difficult is it to put icing in a bag????

We are here in Saskatoon and excited to get some pretzel for our nieces and it's 5:15pm only but the lady said it's sold out. Its till early and I guess they can still make new one but they just don't wanna do it. Very disappointing customer service

I went to Mr.pretzels around 5:30 30minutes before the mall close they were sold out and refused to cook anymore. They need to be more prepared for the Christmas season and the rush very poor service. They just lost a bunch of sales tonight due to not being prepared

Second time in a row I have been to this location and they were out of pretzels both times. The mall is open till 8pm and it isn't even 7 yet. There was a few people ahead of me who were turned away as well. In the future I will avoid this particular location and choose to go to another mall to get my pretzel fix.

They told me to wait 10 mins to order and then she proceeded to take order before me from someone from her ethnicity.Due to he actions I waited more and the pretzel is really thin and tiny! What they advertise is way bigger.
This is a hard pass. The dough being used and possibly the baking time are not consistent with what a pretzel should be. It's more like a buttered and salted bun or loaf of bread. Supposed to be chewy, heavy, bit stretchy. Not fluffy inside and crispy like an overcooked loaf of bread on the outside.Save your money, there are better pretzel makers in the city.

The lady working there was shopping in Lululemon while we were waiting for the shop to open. She came at 11:10 instead of 11. And it took 30 mins for her to get everything started. Disgusting service!!

Firstly they opened the shop late at 11:10 AM. Then we asked how long will it take to make a pretzel and they told us 15 mins. We waited for 20 mins and asked again; they told us 20 more mins. Horrible service !!
