Went to pick up a couple subs for supper and while he is making my sub I watched two cockroaches crawl across the toppings.. I even said something to the guy and he acted like it was nothing..
Everything has gotten so much better here. The people working are awesome and are friendly and give you lots on your sub. It is worth the money now.

Their sandwiches are always made the way I like best! ..and no matter how many toppings, they ace keeping them all on the sub and no sloppy mess when you unwrap when you're ready to eat! The staff are ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS smiling, ALWAYS sunshine! I will go out of my way to visit the Fairlight location!!
