My family always goes to another branch. Today we sent our kids to this branch with our friends. But the boss put a lot of stress on the kids. When they came back, they told me angry, sad stories. I was so angry that I didn't tip them. I'm never going to this branch again.

Ordered throw the skip the dishes fried rice, carefully checked the ingredients. In the description didn’t find any onions so decided to try and in the end it was 80% of onion and 20% of the vegetables. You should specify what goes into this dish. Rest of the order was good and tasty

They have no grilled tako. No grilled unagi. Lots of white sugar rice options. They only serve you 3 rounds. Not really all you can eat when they stop you from 4 or 5 rounds. Their portions are tiny. Sashimi are little flakes, half the size of normal pieces. Toppings on Maki rolls are small flakes. Only a couple options for desserts. No buffets or salad bars. Long waits to be seated. Servers are not attentive and will leave you hanging. The staff only care when you leave because it's pay time.

Got super sick for 9 days from norwalk virus when i went here (it was bad🤮)Lost 10lbs bodyweight total. My friend also got sick with norwalk from here during the same visit. Missed a bunch of work because of this place. The staff missed bringing half our order aswell, and expected us to feel sorry because we stayed 5 minutes past close to pay (looked at her watch and said the time out loud while we were walking past on our way out). Don't expect sympathy from me, for taking up 5 extra minutes of your time, when there are people I know of who spend 10 hours a week driving for work, that aren't paid for it. You got alot to work on- not just at your restaurant- the staff need a major attitude adjustment.

The food was very tasty, with a diverse menu, fair prices, and a great location — all worth praising. Everything was served and cleared on time, and the service was efficient.
However, the staff never smiled and lacked any sense of warmth or friendliness. Unfortunately, that really affected the overall experience and is the main reason we won’t be coming back.
It’s a shame, because the concept and food are excellent. Hopefully, the service becomes more welcoming in the future.

We got here with high hopes but were disappointed from the beginning. The floors were sticky, the servers were mostly disinterested except one of them, and there was a lack of cleanliness. Servers were using the same gloves to clean the tables, distribute menus and serve food. Bathrooms were not clean. The food was decent, however the rice was dry and some plates they were serving with were chipped. We will unfortunately not be back.

Went with my husband and two children, 4 and 2. They charged us 10$ extra because my daughter didn’t eat the rice from her nigiri. Maybe you should offer sashimi. Ridiculous, won’t be back.
