Picked up Vietnamese submarine sandwiches and had a picnic in a park. The sausage (traditional) one not a big hit, but chicken and beef sandwiches were great. Loved the ice coffee as well.

I lived in Saskatoon for a little over a year and probably went to this place about 30 times and I only took one picture ever due to the food being too good to wait lol. It is truly my favorite restaurant in the city. I love their noodles with shrimp, shrimp+beef, lemongrass chicken and spring rolls, their summer rolls, the pho and the wonton soup (I have been criticised before by Chinese friends due to them putting vegetables in the wonton soup, but I love it and in my opinion it is a complete meal).

Super great food, I had the vermicelli pork noodle bowl, and for the price it was extremely good. Very inexpensive and you get a ton of food. I’m a big guy and I only ate half of it, saving the rest for lunch the next day.

This has quickly become my go to spot for a premium noodle bowl. Ngon Ngon has been getting a lot of attention in Saskatoon, so I had to try it, and it lived up to the hype. Their noodle bowls are the big, quality kind with a good amount of veggies and meat, not the quick lunch version that’s mostly noodles, and they’re excellent. The spring rolls and soups I’ve had so far were also really good. If you’re into the classics like vermicelli, pho, cold rolls, and spring rolls, this place is definitely worth a visit.

The beef satay bahn mi is fire. Their take out is top shelf too. This is my go to for Asian fare. The bathrooms are pristine, which is an indicator of how clean they keep everything. The only thing this place lacks are windows and views, but still a great place to eat lunch or dinner.

The bahn mi sandwich here is amazing! We also love the pho and the vermicelli noodle bowls. Great portion sizes that you could share between two if you're peckish. We come here often.

This Vietnamese restaurant delivers both quality and quantity. The quantity of fresh ingredients, vermicelli and protein is incredible with plenty of menu choices for protein - chicken beef or pork, done either in lemongrass, curry or satay. And the quality of what you get equally amazes. One in my party is a vegetarian and had the tofu noodle bowl and loved it - she said it was the best tofu she's ever eaten.
They make their own garlic chilli sauce for the noodle bowl and it's the first restaurant in western Canada I've been to that does that. To date I've only seen the sauce in Vietnam.
The restaurant serves traditional dishes from the south of Vietnam but the staff say their second location focuses more on food from Northern Vietnam, with the noodles being brought to the nuoc cham sauce. They say it even serves bun cha, a dish made famous in Hanoi (charred pork meatballs bathed in a steaming dipping sauce, served with noodles and fresh herbs). I have to get there soon, but my trip to Saskatoon may not be long enough this time).
No Vietnamese Crepe at Ngon Ngon but they do have banh mi (Vietnamese subs), which would be worth a try.
The service was prompt and friendly and the menu as I said very very reasonably priced. Plenty of free parking! Awesome place!
