I went in today for bubble tea, around closing time, hoping to get something good since it was the first time i was buying from here. To my shock, unlike other places, instead of making my drink fresh they had brought out a premade version in a jug. Even if it was made today, it seemed from quite some while ago. I was very disappointed with this as I wouldn't have minded waiting at allâwhy remove quality just to finish an order quickly? It seemed to me that they were also about to store the product to be used the next day.

Half of the box was just liquids and sauce. I could hardly wait to just throw it in the garbage. Worst noodle box Ive ever been to, and Ive been to at least 4 different ones in Canada. Im glad I got it to go cause the smell inside was terrible.

have been going from the beginning, in downtown Victoria in the loction on fisgard, i fell in love with the spicy peanut, but now after going to the Langford location after about a year , i wont be back, see the Google review for why, but never again, good thing downtown Victoria location is still doing it as close to right as it was before.

Noodle box Grandview shops was horrible. Soupy and didnât seem to have to right flavours and paid so much extra for six small pieces of chicken.
My daughter had a beef and broccoli kids box, we asked for no Asian veggies. It came with zucchini or cucumber noodles all tossed in, and again hers was soupy, and had 7 pieces of beef and 2 small pcs of broccoli.
Not returning.
Generally very flexible and happy with what we get. This sucked!
We were greeted instantly when we walked in by Nii. He was very helpful recommending certain boxes and was cautious and knowledgeable of all the gluten sensitive/friendly ones. He made our experience wonderful. Will come back simply because of the service Nii gave us. He is wonderful.

I was thoroughly disappointed and why Iâm leaving a review. I ordered a ginger beef box and it was so soggy and like a soup. There was zero flavour in the ginger beef meat since they were so soggy, the flavour must have dissipated into the âsoupâ. There was so much liquid that it looks like a soup.
For $20.40 definitely not worth it!

Yeah, I ordered a medium spicy dish yesterday; was more salty than spicy and when I got home, I missed the ENTIRE episode of Saturday Night Live and some because I had to spend that time on the toilet. Also, a Tip: don't hit on your customer's date when the other goes to use the bathroom.
