Noodles are very good. Best I've had. The flavor of the food could use a bit more variety. Cumin dishes taste like cumin. Noodles, beef and cumin. Thats it. Otherwise pretty decent.

Seems like they changed the meat in the braised beef noodle soup, it was mostly fatty. Before the meat was meat and not fat. The soup base is a little dull than originally was.
This place focuses themselfs on FOOD, and do a wondeful job. Service was decent, the atmosphere could be improved. The fod tho. Greatest noodle place ive ever went. I got some handpulled noodle for like 12$ or something and had a HUGE portion of noodles with alot of meat. Taste so good to!

Ordered on Uber eats. Food was so good. As soon as I opened the plate, the aroma filled the whole room. Everything was tasty and so was worth it.
I had the B1 Shanxi hand-ripped noodles with minced pork. The A1 Chinese pancake stuffed with pulled pork was okay, but not my favorite. The pork rib with dried chili pepper was really good, definitely my top pick.

Incredible food that I honestly didn't expect to see in Saskatoon. Noodles are hand made, with excellent resistance and elasticity. Not as spicy compared to Vancouver - which is expected to suit local tastes.

The food was spoiled especially the fried rose which was sour and tasted rotten, and the noodle were very obviously reheated with the vegetables tasting bitter. The waitress smiled and did not apologize after we politely told her about it, everything was suspicious in this place.

One of my favourite restaurants in Saskatoon, can't recommend enough! Their food is fantastic, highly recommend their tofu strip and wheat gluten dishes which are incredible. Not to mention their many delicious noodle options!
