They have the worse customer service, the owner was such a a rude person while she was serving her bakery products, she makes me feel so uncomfortable ,she will roll her eyes at me all the time! Her actitud is the worst!

Ordered 4 different kinds of pies from them for Easter 2024 and ALL 4 of them were awful. They all tasted funny and had a weird gelly like texture to them - almost like they weren't cooked long enough?. When I called to talk to them about it, the lady on the phone reamed me out for complaining and told me I have no idea how many pies they have to make. I told her I understood they can't get them all right, but all 4 flavours weren't right. She told me too bad and that they had to make so many that they didn't care.

yesterday my teenager asked me to take her to Crumbl cookie before we left the city. I told her I wanted to stop at another bakery first (Nutana). My 3 girls were VERY impressed at the selection and the prices. we got donuts, baklava, shortbread cookies (they taste just like grammas), squares and buns.
needless to say, we did NOT go to crumbl cookie.
your prices, quality, and staff are all beyond amazing. we will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Ok, seriously, the caramel glazed donuts are out of this world. If you haven’t had them, you are missing out. The freshness of the donut and the caramel are to die for!
I also bought cookies for Halloween (I’m a little late posting this), but also amazingly unreal!
Do yourself a favor and get to Nutana Bakery! You won’t be disappointed.

I stopped in at Nutana Bakery this morning and picked up some sausage rolls & chicken pot pies. They were both very flavourful & so delicious! The pastry was light and flaky. Highly recommend this bakery and the people that own it are wonderful!

This week I stopped in for a cream long john. I was shocked at how light and bright the store-front was. As well, it was fully stocked with the freshest buns and bread I've had from here in a long time. To say I bought more than I planned on is an understatement. Thanks to the friendly staff and tasty food, I'll be stopping in every time I'm on Broadway from now on.
