They have the worse customer service, the owner was such a a rude person while she was serving her bakery products, she makes me feel so uncomfortable ,she will roll her eyes at me all the time! Her actitud is the worst!

Ordered 4 different kinds of pies from them for Easter 2024 and ALL 4 of them were awful. They all tasted funny and had a weird gelly like texture to them - almost like they weren't cooked long enough?. When I called to talk to them about it, the lady on the phone reamed me out for complaining and told me I have no idea how many pies they have to make. I told her I understood they can't get them all right, but all 4 flavours weren't right. She told me too bad and that they had to make so many that they didn't care.

Best donuts in town without a doubt! Their other bakery options are incredible as well! Staff is always friendly and the only thing I wish is that they were open later for when we need a donut in the evening!

not from Saskatoon but I do like to pop in when I'm in the city.
yesterday my teenager asked me to take her to Crumbl cookie before we left the city. I told her I wanted to stop at another bakery first (Nutana). My 3 girls were VERY impressed at the selection and the prices. we got donuts, baklava, shortbread cookies (they taste just like grammas), squares and buns.
needless to say, we did NOT go to crumbl cookie.
your prices, quality, and staff are all beyond amazing. we will definitely be back next time we are in town.
