Food was great but service was slow. Waiters never came by to check on meals, had to wait a long time for refills. Always had to ask..was annoying

Great presentation but unfortunately, my third time coming here I’ve had a poor experience. Today I found a hair in my order. Days prior I used the bathroom in the restroom and there were many of these little bugs crawling near my feet. Ugh.
Never coming here again.

Had the best experience and waiter at the Olive Garden today. Our waiter, Pav, was awesome! So was the bread, gnocchi soup, salad and shrimp scampi. As was the red Chianti and white wine. We’ll be back:)

Me and my wife went to Olive Garden on a busy Saturday evening for our 5th anniversary. Our wait time was quoted at 25-30 minutes and we were seated at exactly 30 minutes. Our server was Sunny who was doing a phenomenal job balancing the busy atmosphere while still being attentive to our table and making sure we were taken care of. He also gave us a free dessert to celebrate our anniversary which was an unexpected surprise! The food was hot, bread was fresh and refills were timely. Sunny went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience and truly set a great standard for hospitality. Our only concern was the lighting at our table was a little too bright and did pull from the atmosphere a bit, but on such a busy day we were just glad to have a table. The whole team at this location was on top of there game even with a wild supper rush they made sure things were moving swiftly. As 2 parents who rarely get time alone and on rare occasions when we have the opportunity to focus on us, we are glad we chose Olive Garden to celebrate our special day. Thank you Sunny and the lovely team at Olive Garden!
