Last week we ordered lunch for our staff at work. Opa’s did an awesome job at feeding a big group of people. We order from here quite often and have never had any issues. This was my first time trying Opa and Omg it was delicious! I could make a meal out of those lemon potatoes alone. The salad was fresh and crunchy not soggy, the chicken was moist and flavourful - it was all delicious. The very friendly staff member made the experience even better. I will definitely be back.

All in all good experience! I visited Last Saturday, this was my first time trying OPA and it was delicious! I'm vegetarian and I didn't know what should I order. Then a little girl took my order and she suggest me falafel wrap and she made it for us. I tried it first time and It was really amazing in taste. That girl provide us really good service.Vegetarian options: Delicious falafel wrap meal!

I hope the MANAGER sees!On 21 October midtown common outlet (writing this rivew just sitting in front of the outlet , coz I felt it should be shared with public)I visited this place by 6:30 and my food was literally just thrown on there table top , I was standing in just front and watching ,no words said like here is your order or just say pick it , what is this behaviour .. I felt insulted the moment this *B (short skinny indian/srilankan who served on that day) took my order , whe was very rude and showed a behaviour why did you come to order as there was only just half an hour left to close the place ...worst customer service ever .. Food was nice no complaints on that part , I hope opa hire better people .

Had the platter with lamb. Very small amount of meat on the skewer ,4 little pieces. Potato was very dry, he said that was new recipe. Rice needed more flavour. Pita was good, fresh. No lemon . Pricy for a bunch of starch and salad. Caesar salad tasted like croutons were old. Average meal. Customer service was good. Food was fast. Not like other Ops I had in the past in other provinces.

Only gave customer service a 1 because I had too, whoever was working the till was rude and rolled her eyes at everything I said. My partner went back to ask for a drink after we had ordered and the lady taking orders rolled her eyes and said “you didn’t order one before?”. Will never be ordering from there again:(

I ordered a Chicken bowl with rice. And they charged around $1.50 more for Extra feta, which I had not asked for. When I asked the cashier for the extra charge, she said the bowl comes with feta and you asked for extra feta. I never asked for extra feta at all. At the end, I got my bowl without any feta. When I asked why there was no feta as the cashier already mentioned, another young lady working there jumped in and replied back in anger and raised her voice on me! Her behavior was too rude and aggressive.You had better make sure to train your staff well to know what they sell and teach them to respect customers as well. Thank you!
