Very underwhelming experience. I've never had a bad experience with this restaurant until tonight, on Valentine's day. We ordered early for take out as we knew it would be busy. Our order took 20 minutes longer than we were told, hot food was prepared first so it was cold by the time we got home, over cooked meat, under cooked noodles, and the absolute worst preparation of sushi I've seen. Very disappointing!

Unfortunately, every part of our experience was lacking. We ordered sushi and gyoza. The food took 40 mins to come out even though there was only one table ahead of us. The sushi rice was mushy and tasteless, the fillings were scant, the unagi sauce tasted awful, they don’t have sushi soya sauce, and the wasabi was grayish tinged and coiled out of a tube.
The bathroom is behind curtains and unmarked from the outside. It was full of cleaning supplies, big cardboard boxes and a sour old mop.
If you thought this was the Otowa that used to be in downtown Saskatoon, it certainly isn’t. Unfortunately, every part of our experience was lacking. We ordered sushi and gyoza. Great place for Chinese. Sweet ladies. We were all highly impressed with the food. Found out they have a lunch buffet Mon-Fri 11:30 to 2pm. I definitely want to come back for that. Only $16.95.

Have been there twice. Both times the food was fresh hot and very tasty. Service was good. I would recommend this place.

Awful! Overpriced food that isn't even good anymore. You order and if you get it in an hour your lucky. This evening an hour after ordering I called and was told my order was ready and waiting for their delivery driver. The order didn't arrive for 45 minutes after that (sitting ready for AT LEAST 45 minutes) I am not paying nearly $100 for food that has been sitting ready and getting cold for nearly an hour (almost 2 hours after order placed) very disappointed in this business and Martensville businesses in general. Will not be returning
Ordered delivery when I switched egg rolls for chicken balls for an extra $6.00 on my combo for 2, and it did not show up with rice, phoned and asked if I could get some delivered as it’s missing, she then argued with me saying I picked “non rice” when I in fact picked switch a “non rice entree” for an extra $6.00. She then told me she gave me extra chicken balls instead of rice when I never asked for that, her fix was for me to bring two chicken balls back and she will give me rice. Absolutely ridiculous, knowing basic English on your own menu should be the minimum when working at a restaurant.

Tried ordering food here, took them 2 hours to deliver and when I tried to call about it they ignored the calls
Spent $150 on takeout just for it to be all tossed. The next day after eating here, we were all sick. The chow mein was sour once cooled and the the chicken and beef were so over cooked we couldn’t even eat it.
This establishment should be ashamed. We drove 30 minutes to come here after looking at the menu online, I am celiac so I was really happy and excited to see so many gluten free items including tempura shrimp sushi. When we got there, we were told by the server who was very nice, that everything I was hoping for wasn't gluten free, and how most the items were gluten free but we're CLEARLY labelled with an * and a statement saying gluten free. I was very confused by this and was told she had told her bosses countless times to reprint the menu and they refused. I said it's also on their website which she knew, and apologized. It was so disappointing to check the menu online and then be faced with blatant false advertising, and even crazier because it was with allergies. We left as I was given absolutely no confidence that I wouldn't get sick eating there. Really truly disappointed as I've been to otowa when they were in Saskatoon, and was so excited to see it hasn't closed. Really sad to hear it was sold to someone else and this is how they are running this facility. If you have allergies please think twice about going to this facility.
