Very friendly service. You could tell the food was prepared fresh. Each dish was more than enough for a family of four. My new favourite restaurant in Martensville! Would definitely be worth the trip in from Saskatoon!!!Dietary restrictions: Lots of great gluten free option and very accommodating to mine and my son’s shellfish allergy.

I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. It should not be serving food to anyone. The chili oil on the tables smelled so stale and bad. I ordered the crab Rangoon. It was the most disgusting crab Rangoon I’ve ever had - if you can call it that. It was all chopped celery and cabbage… some crab in a milky substance that did not resemble cream cheese. We tried the deep fried shrimp rolls- you could tell they were old because they tasted stale. The shrimp was chewy with not flavour whatsoever. The Shanghai noodles were soaked in oil. The chicken fried rice had a few chucks of chicken in it and nearly zero egg. I found about SPECKS OF EGG.I was asked how it tasted and I said the appitizers were terrible. They tasted bad. She took the plates away with no apology. I had to pay for everything $50 for trash food. Don’t eat here I’m warning you. It’s nasty.

For those who used to frequent the Saskatoon restaurant, don't bother making the trip to Martensville thinking you will rediscover the old magic. The dining room is bereft of any charm and the room was so cold we had to keep our jackets on. The menu selection is a shadow of its former self. My plate arrived early and was uniformly bland along with most portions being lukewarm at best (maybe a product of the frigid conditions?). Ten minutes later my partner's plate arrived. She ordered vegetarian maki and it too was uniformly bland. The tempura was hot though, so credit where credit is due. All in all, the eating experience was comparable to food court fare. The only slight positive was the server was friendly and apologetic for the long wait between dishes.

Says they’re open until 9:30 and we showed up 7:50 and they were closed…. Bad way to run a business - very disappointed, won’t be

My husband, kids and I went here on October 15th for supper. This restaurant is a major disappointment; the service, food and water was disgusting. The service was bare minimum. The only food that was good was the almond gai ding (we ordered special fried rice and an assortment of sushi). The rice on the sushi tasted stale and crunchy (like it had been in the fridge for a week), no taste at all. And the water tasted like it had been in the back of a 1980's fridge. We will not be back.

The portion size you get for what you pay for is ridiculous. The sauces are inconsistent and are placed inside the containers which takes up just about half of the entire container, so less food can be put inside the containers.I have photos, but application doe not allow me to upload them anywhere in this review.I spent over $85.00's for meals that were probably not worth more than $25's given the quality and portion sizes.I don't normally post things like this. But that is how disappointed I am.I only wish there was a way I could post the photo's I took of my order to support my claim.

We loved Otowa in Saskatoon, and even the first couple of times we went at the Martensville location, it was ok. Tonight was such a disappointment. The tempura shrimp were ok, but the sauce to dip in was horrible. The crab rangoon was more of a celery rangoon. They had a bit of crab, out of a can, and a ton of celery. I'm pretty sure there was no creamcheese at all. I used the dipping sauce from the crab rangoon for my tempura shrimp. We waited over half an hour for the rest of our order...meanwhile another table that came in after us got their food and were done before we got our cold, greasy gyoza. At that point, we told the server to pack up the gyoza and the volcano roll she was jusy bringing out, and we got out of there. $6o for that...we'll never go back.

Ordered at 3:30 for 5:15 delivery. Called at 5:45 to check what’s up and they hadn’t even made it yet. Snotty chick on phones says “do you even want it or not” so I said no, cancel it. At 6:30 the delivery driver shows up with my food and I had to turn him away. Do not order from this place.

Will not go back. Table of 4 and our food didn't come out together. Two of us were done before the four meal cane out.

Made online order at 4 to pick up at 5, waited an additional 25minutes in the restaurant to receive cold shrimp, dry rice, and sushi made up of rice and hardly anything rolled in them.. unacceptable
