The customer service and the greeting are awful. The food tasted like rotten meat. I have ordered so many times, but this literally awful.

Everytime we go there I ask if we can add veggies (cucumber and green pepper) to the chicken meat sticks. They always say yes, but there is always a new rule about it. Sometimes they charge extra, sometimes its free, sometimes they tell us only one. This time they charged us extra and then didn't even put them on my order and we had to drive all the way back to get my order fixed.

Ordered food and they covered the entire platter in sauce when we asked for it on the side. This has happened multiple times now. The food unfortunately inedible now. Their fries are good. They gave the wrong drink order. The wrap we ordered barely had meat in it.

The chicken biryani was flavorful and aromatic, with perfectly cooked rice that was fluffy and separate. The chicken was tender and infused with spices. It came with a side of cooling raita, which complemented the heat beautifully. Overall, a fantastic dish!"

Okay so originally we just came for chips but when we walked in and got hit with the smell we automatically decided to get food and honestly? Best decision ever made, it’s so good and like, for the portion size of food you get it’s fantastic- would definitely go back

Just had the best donair iv ever had in my 30yrs of life, every bite was amazing. Iv also lived in Vancouver and Alberta had alot of shawarma in between. Pak Donair is Authentic as it gets and the quality of food is beyond expectations. Easy 5 star

My first time in here to grab food, the gentleman taking my order was so nice and completely patient with me well I figured out what exactly I was getting. (My wife usually picks it up as she's always in city) The food is so good I now crave it once if not more in a week. It makes great leftovers for lunch the next day. The price is great for the amount you get. Everyone needs to give it a try, and if you have picky kids don't worry they have a few other options that most kids will eat.
