We ordered the Chipotle Chicken on Saturday (Aug 2) night . The chicken was mushy like it had been overcooked for days. The sauce had a funky taste to it. WORST pizza I have had in 10+ years. I took it back on Sunday to complain - deer in headlights look on their faces - all they could do is ask if I wanted another pizza. Why? So that could be the second worst pizza I had tasted in 10+ years? Nope. Will never go back.

I have been ordering from the Diefenbaker Drive location for three years, and everything has always been perfect. However, this time, my order was taken incorrectly. I ordered one Garden Veggie Pizza and one hot honey Impossible Nuggets, but despite repeating my order three times, I received Hot Honey Chicken Nuggets instead. The call center representative seemed to have difficulty communicating, which may have led to the mistake. Since I am vegetarian, I had to throw the nuggets away. This was disappointing, and I hope the issue can be addressed.
