First time trying papa johns, tasted like frozen pizza from the grocery stores. Not impressed. Will never buy again. Got pepperoni and mushroom, ham and pineapple.

Great pizza. Ordered pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust. The cheese inside the crust doesn't really melt, which was unfortunate. We had to reheat it and even then it didn't really melt. Otherwise, definitely reheat the pizza if you can, it's better.

Not a big fan of their garlic aioli/sauce? Very oily.

I'm a Longhaul Trucker that has ordered from this location before & never had issues.
This time, I placed my order for wings thru doordash(as usual), then immediately called the store & asked for Just flats, no drums.(as usual)
Well.... first the lady employee didn't understand the difference between drums/flats. Said the only flats they had were the boneless. After trying to get her to understand a few times, I had to ask her to go look at the wings before she finally understood. She then admitted she was new. Ok no problem.
She agreed to make the order all flats.(which I've never had an issue getting before).
Delivery arrives, open the wings, and ... 4 flats and 4 drums. To top it off, for the first time I've had there... they were Overcooked.
Bottom Line
You need to train your employees better. Especially when having them work alone.

First time I ordered from here the delivery man was so nice didn’t even ask for a tip. This time the delivery guy demanded I go to building door and even asked me for a tip. Tips are optional my last delivery guy was respectful. This time the pizza came weird tasting. I almost threw up. I also did tip the man last time.the first time I ordered I do when I can. Today was very stressful so I thought I would treat myself. Very disappointing. Happy I didn’t tip because this is the worst pizza I ever had from here

Buffalo Pizza was all but inedible. Only flavor was hot sauce. Actually made dinner at home instead of eating the rest of the pizza. Garlic sauce was just melted margarine.

To their credit they saw this review and offered me a new pizza with zero hassle and good service. I tried a pepperoni and mushroom to keep it simple. Still pretty damn unremarkable and wouldn't recommend.

It's a carryout.. I picked it up before 11:40 am, but it wasn't ready yet. The staff member told me to wait about five more minutes, but it ended up taking longer, meaning my daughter's lunch wouldn't be ready until 11:50 am. Despite the delay, the pizza was fantastic, and I really enjoy their epic stuffed crust pizza, which my daughter loves too

Ordered a simple Extra Large pizza with only anchovies and mushrooms, first time it arrives was stone cold can't be eaten, sent it back, next one came back after a long wait with the wrong toppings on it, called the store and asked for corrections, so far from 7:30PM to 8:50 PM still no supper for a hard working man ordering a simple meal to be provided by what though to be a reliable food providing over priced franchise,, by speaking to the can do nothing manger, it's 8:46PM and no food or resolution, a total disaster none the less

Ordered a CYO Pizza Bowl with Alfredo sauce, thru Doordash. When I opened it, there wasn't ANY sauce in or on it. Called the restaurant & the guy argued with me that he made it & put sauce on it.
Then he hungup on me.
