Absolutely phenomenal service, food & ambiance. I like to bring my toddler out to experience amazing food & learn good etiquette when out. We don't always get the warmest reception in a higher end establishment. We were SO warmly welcomed & given a windows table. The young lady that assisted us, I wish I got her name, was so wonderful. She was professional, soft spoken & made the whole experience calming & enjoyable. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING. Small plates, so much variety & selection. We miss Victoria so much & really felt like we found a place that emulates so many amazing eateries on the Island. Ahi tuna was an exciting find & hard to find in Saskatoon. The Chef worked in an open kitchen & watching him execute his craft kept my daughter so alert to the inner workings. The bartender was busy but worked so diligently. The drinks were creative, delicious & presented unforgettably. The team kept a calm, quick, warm friendly flow. Their ability to work so seamlessly with no hiccups, that were ever noticed, is part of the great ambiance. As a busy mom, time seam to slow, making our experience so memorable. These moments with my daughter are so important to me. Thank you for being so kind to her & helping me shape her experiences. We are so impressed & will be back. Oh yes, the flan! There was no highlight missed! The dessert was absolutely awesome.Definitely a gem in Saskatoon.Kid-friendliness: They offered a child menu. It had amazing selection but many items on the main menu are absolutely child friendly. Pricing is so reasonable. Amazing virgin drinks too for little ones!

Delicious food and original selection of reasonably priced menu items. Service was attentive and helpful. Drinks were impeccable and beautifully presented! The seating was cozy and the music fit the vibe. Their bathrooms are very clean and adorably avocado themed. Will absolutely go again.

Husband and I attended for a date night and we left satisfied. We ate only from the appy menu. We had the papaya salad, ceviche, street corn and mushroom empanadas. Our hands down favorite was the ceviche. It had tons of flavor and great spice level. We made sure to get every last drop of sauce off of the plate! The one dish we wouldn't recommend would be the street corn. It tasted simply like corn nibblets and black pepper. Which isn't to say it tasted bad by any means but I felt like I could easily make it at home. I had the Martha and Snoop Margarita and it was amazing! The service is a little lower rated over some small things. Slow to get started on drinks, no napkin on my plate when my partner has his. Our second round of appys came out but we didnt' have plates or utensils to use. Very minor things, nothing that would stop us from going back again. Very reasonably priced food.
The food is always delicious; however, when we arrived for our reservation there was only one other table in the restaurant and we were seated right next to them. They were noisy and the tables are very close together. It ruined the first hour of our dinner until they left. The kicker is that when I booked our reservation an hour before we went, every time slot was available and throughout our dinner only a few more tables came in. There was more than enough room for us to be seated elsewhere and to have a more enjoyable evening.

Great spot for some tasty Mexican fare. Tacos were great - especially the chicken with pineapple salsa and jalapeños, washed down with the "Bruce Banner" cucumber, basil, & lime margarita then finished with the caramel flan... the churros were so good, too - great food, great service - thank you, Zoey! When we are back in town, we will be stopping to visit again (and will keep an eye out for other locations, too)!

An absolute MUST try! HIDDEN GEM!So many Gluten Free options and was able to accommodate my avocado allergy. The food was spectacular! Don't miss out on dessert. We left so full and satisfied. Pork tacos were unreal 10/10, fish tacos were probably a 6/10. Great service, great atmosphere, music was the right volume, and the bathroom wallpaper had avocados on a stripper pole. ?
The service and food is always good. They have a feature taco and cocktail that change but their regular options are all good too. Can't go wrong!

Wife and I booked our Newyears dinner there. It was a 4 course semi-set menu. Very good!!! My first time there and will go back for sure! Great date night spot. Beef taco was fantastic!

The food was fantastic and fresh; very refreshing and satisfying flavours. Thursday night is half price nachos (excellent!) and $2 off cocktails. Very good Caesars and birthday cake martini! Service was attentive and very friendly. Can't wait to go back!

It was my first time trying picaro and didn’t know the menu at all before I showed up. Our server Emmalee explained everything very well and gave great recommendations for food and drinks. I actually found my new favourite espresso drink because of her recommendation. My experience was lovely with the mix of the service from Emmalee and the environment of the restaurant.
