Lovely staff and awesome food but the dragon fruit strawberry drinks had plastic throughout the drinks which was a disappointment.

3 tiny microwaved chicken pieces (Buffalo Bites) for $6?? Lesson learned.

The cook literally dropped half of my meat and didn’t say anything about it. Like what? I paid for the extra large pita because I wanted more meat and they dropped my meat. Without any consolation.

I have become a regular at this place. The usual girls who work here are amazing, they’ve memorized my order and suggest new things each time I come in. It’s very welcoming.
Today however, when I went in to get my regular, a (most likely) new girl was there. Very short and to the point, no friendly banter or a smile even. Had to ask to get veggies on the grill and just threw my pita together.
I will come back here but I’m not a fan of the lack of customer service with this employee.

Ordered a pita and the spicy chicken bites, the Pita was alright nothing to write home about, could have been better with a bit more care and attention. But the chicken bites were this lol for $7.50. In their own picture it shows 5 or 6 saucy chicken bites, these came out of the Costco freezer with no effort lol. Think before you order from this place.

I placed a big order totaling over $300 on September 10 at the 8th Street location for our staff and I called to request a receipt because our boss needs it for our company credit card. The lady I spoke with was very rude and not helpful, saying they don’t keep receipts. From an accounting perspective, receipts are necessary, especially since we spent a lot on our catering order. To make matters worse, she gave me a fake email for her manager. This experience was really disappointing, and I hope they can improve their customer service.

Ordered a club and a turkey, both with a variety of veggies and with cheese/sauce. The club had maybe a tablespoons of meat cut up in it. And the tiniest sprinkling of veggies. It was all lettuce. The turkey had 2 THIN slices of turkey and a tiny sprinkling of veggies, never did find the cheese. Also all lettuce. Pretty pricy for 2 Pitas filled with lettuce. We did delivery so maybe they actually put toppings in there when you're in person. Can't speak to the cleanliness or atmosphere as we did delivery.

The portions aren't what they used to be as I sit here eating my spinach and feta cheese pita that cost twice as much as it used to and was supposed to have chicken in it. There was hardly any meat in an XL pita. When you pay $20, you expect to get a fair amount of meat. I had to have a protein shake after because if I had to guess, it was little more than 10 grams of protein worth of meat.

Clean place, nice and friendly staff. Amazing variety of greens and fruit for your pita. Inexpensive than other fast food places, and good variety of proteins on the pita! 10/10, my favorite fast food place in town.

Prices here have skyrocketed and portions have shrunk. Good quality though.
