Just got ripped off big time by the clerk who took our order. She used a calculator, gave us only chicken bites for the 27$ spent. Order was for fries, breadsticks and the chicken bites, Got home and the bag only had chicken bites. Hubby who went in to order went back and she tried to charge more because he didn’t have a receipt. What a scam. She didn’t make one because she used a calculator and opened the register after. Scam and a rip off. Will never go here again. Warning and red flag here. Horrible customer service. Obviously a scam from the start. Chicken was rubbery in some of the bites. Threw some out. So a big no go for this establishment. Perhaps another location will be more honest and service better.

I wish I could give them 0 starts. I ordered 3 pizzas. All of those are overcooked. I tried this location for the first time but will never order again. I will never ever recommend it to anyone. Delivery guy was also very rude.

Went for a takeout after around 10:30pm. We went home with the order and found one slice missing after opening the box. The person who made the pizza and handed me the box was a Punjabi guy, and his name probably starts with M. He is my only suspicion since I saw him do everything. The other lady was at the reception all the time.

Won’t let you use the coupons they send out in the mail , and are charging $1.50 on top of order if you use your debit card ! I fully understand that it costs to use a debit card but I also run a business and know that it’s about .15cents for a debit transaction .. this is outrageous to gouge your customers like this .

This location made a mistake on my order and I called them about it and they said the missing items would be sent right out. Never received the missing items. I contacted corporate and they had someone from the store reach out to me by email saying they wanted to make it right and offer me some compensation. I reached out to the person who emailed me about a month later when I wanted to give them another chance and have not heard back. That was about a month ago. Absolutely terrible customer service. I was ripped off on my order and they wanted to make it right and never did.

Food is what you’d expect for fast-food pizza. Issue here is the kitchen staff. Every single time I’ve ordered they’ve gotten my sauce wrong, missed at least 1 topping, and wrong drink.
I get that mistakes happen, but the same mistakes happening across multiple instances is a sign of pure ignorance and lack of competence.
The delivery drivers also can’t follow directions worth a damn.

Delivery order last night was missing items and the breadsticks were stale on top of that. If there hadn't been a promotion on skipthedishes I wouldn't have bothered ordering in the first place but now I won't even let that tempt me in the future

I ordered online delivery and I didn’t tip because my situation that had happened last time so that’s the reason I didn’t tip and then when I went to go grab the pizza from him, the guy called me a penchod because he was expecting a tip tipping culture is crazy I understand what that means so terrible service never ordering here again
