What an absolute joke. I came in to pick up my large pizza and paid for extra cheese. You could see the dough on the pizza there was barely any on it.. pizza hut has went so downhill especially this location.. the guy at the till did not offer to correct the issue just said this is how much cheese you get with extra.. do better pizza hut.. you have lost another customer

Served us raw pizza, we came back and asked for a new one, they apologized and gave us another one. We get home and it’s completely raw as well. Like disgustingly raw. Eat it because we’re hungry after an hour of trying to get a good pizza, and we all got food poisoning. Went back and the manager denied everything and said to bring a doctors note so they could launch an “investigation”. After spending a night at RUH and having them tell me it was my fault and they didn’t do anything wrong, i can say this place and its manager suck. Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not order from here.

We've ordered here fairly regularly for the last year, but whenever they make a mistake and we have to call, they argue and talk down to us.
This last round, they argued that they hadn't sent two margarita pizzas, they had just accidentally put tomatoes on the pepperoni pizza and we should accept it. 1) we can't. The pepperoni pizza with no tomato sauce was for a family member that can't eat tomatoes. 2) that's how the vegetarian learned that the reason their margarita pizza tasted funny was that it was pepperoni pizza. 🤦♂️
And there was STILL back and forth before they agreed to just send us the pizza we ordered.
It's exhausting. And they clearly don't care. I can't order from here any more.

Went to Saskatoon for an event. Ordered pepperoni and bacon pizza. Delivery was fast and pizza was hot! Delicious! One of the best pizzas I’ve had!

Ordered from the hut for the first time in a while, the food wasn't that hot when finished. They didn't give marina fpr cheese sticks even though I picked it. Pop was good though... thanks Crush!! Love that orange soda. This place was 2/5 service wasn't the greatest either. I'm just upset about my food a bit.
