The tomato dinner was a wonderful experience from start to finish. A fantastic menu with natural wine pairings created by people that are clearly very passionate about both. It was an incredibly unique event for Saskatoon and I hope they do something similar again soon!

The food was incredible, drink selection was quite large and the staff were so wonderful Thank you again to our wonderful server who went our of her way to grab me a bottle of wine from the sister restaurant since they didn't stock the one I was hoping to find ! Loved the menu and super enjoyed as many of the appetizers and small plates as the two of us could muster. The Kimchi Oysters were amazing - so much so that we ordered a second (maybe a third?) of the same. For a "wine" bar, I would have liked more variety either by the glass or bottle. Not many higher end wines to choose from. Ambience didn't seem to match the menu but if that isn't a big consideration very much worth going. Menu was great and I'm sure we'll return to try some other items we didn't get a chance to the first time.

Trendy, but comfortable atmosphere. Extensive wine and drink menu. We tried the oysters and burrata (with mint and peas) for starters. Oysters were fresh, paired with a scallion and a horseradish sauce. The burrata dish was also very fresh tasting. My partner had the schnitzel, which they loved, and I had the chicken sandwich, which was excellent. I also really enjoyed the pineapple punch. Great service. Will be back.

Visited to Saskatoon with my family and this was the best restaurant we visited by far! Amazing cocktails and wine and delicious food! Could not recommend more! Service was prompt and knowledgable. Cool cozy atmosphere - they even accommodated us with our busy toddler in the early evening. The bison tartare is a must-try!
Kid-friendliness: They allow children before 8pm which was very convenient.

Pop has been my go-to since they opened. The wine is phenomenal and the food is great. The staff are really what stand out to me. knowledgable, professional and friendly without fail
Pop remains our favorite place for date night. The staff are amazing. Always helpful with the menu and always close by when you need them. Our bartender was a wizard at selecting wines. But also a shout out to the bartender who took over later on the evening and whipped me up some great cocktails. The menu always switches up enough that our favorites are there and then there are always new things to try out too. The atmosphere is perfect for date night, not too loud. One of the highlights is definitely the fresh oysters We'll be back again!
