Quiet, clean place, but the food quality was just horrible. The roasted chicken is pale, not seasoned, and is wet and mushy. The vegetables were mostly all past their best before dates. The lettuce had black edges, and was limp, the cucumber was yellow and mushy, and I got the tiniest amount of sliced avocado on the sandwich.

We were worried about the quality before we even paid and ate. We had 2 bites of our sandwiches and decided to get something else. For $20 you can spend your money elsewhere for better food.

I never write reviews, but this was genuinely the most frustrating service I have ever had. I placed an order for pickup through the company website.

When I showed up to collect it, the doors were locked. I could see employees inside. I had to wait 10 minute for another customer to also come up and knock only to be told there had some sort of large order and could not help us.

When i walked in and said I had already paid for an order, and if they cannot make it I want a refund. I was told no, that its third party (through their own site) and I had to contact customer service.

I understand things happen, but locking the door without note and inability to provide a refund is beyond frustrating. The worker was useless and did nothing except stare at me blankly.

If you order from here, do not pay first like I did.

I visited this place today on October 28th, and I had a very wonderful lady serve me. Before I could place my order, she had an online order come up for 300 dollars and had to make about 25-30 sandwiches in less than 30 minutes, and she did a amazing and timely job, so I just wanted to write this review to congratulate her for her effort. Although, there should have been more staff available to help, as she also had to deal with rude customers while making 30 sandwiches in a row. But still amazing work ethic demonstrated by her!

Love love love the Wicked Thai soup. The guy who is always in there is fantastic. I apologize cause I always come in before the soup is ready lol but he’s understanding and super friendly!

I was expecting the same level of quality as the stonebridge, but they were skimpy with the guacamole, and the bread was extremely dry. Didn't justify the price point even a little.

Stumbled upon this sandwich shop in Brockville while traveling. We had just left Subway because the line was long and slow and so glad we did,. We enjoyed wonderful sandwiches made with fresh ingredients. And look forward to returning at a future date to try their smoothies - they look delicious!

My husband I both had the same $10 meal each, Diet Coke, chocolate chip cookie, BBQ hard bite chips and the Boss sandwich on their new Herb ‘n’ Cheddar bread. It was a delicious lunch and the lady working there is a gem. Ordering on line was a breeze. I added a picture of mine, sorry, kinda devoured the cookie before picture.
