Got a grilled cheese and watched it get put in a microwave for 2 minutes and then in the panini press for 10 seconds. Considering the place is called Press'd you'd think they'd press the sandwich enough to get panini marks at least but no. We also weren't asked what kinda of bread we wanted, if we wanted anything with our sandwiches etc. It was dead quiet in there and incredibly awkward. They do have a lot of gluten free and vegatarian options though which was nice to see and the bread itself was good.

Terrible service. Terrible customer service and the bread was pathetic. Almost like it was the last option they had to use.Left without ordering.

We attended this location at 3:30 on November 19th. I appreciate the quality of food and options, but the service during this visit tarnished our ability to even enjoy it. One staff member must have been on break because he was sitting in the lobby. The other employee that stood at the register should really not be in the service Industry. I came in and there is a menu option that says soup of the day, so I asked, what is your soup of the day. The employee rolled his eyes, signed and without speaking pointed at the sign…..My mistake for not seeing it I guess. We still have not heard the employee speak, just stare at us, so I ordered. The only words ever spoken our entire time there was, “bread”?…..this I learned this referred what type of bread for the sandwich. I stated I was not aware of my options, and he again rolled his eyes, huffed and pointed. After our food was ready, he held our bags and shook them towards us, I said thank you and he walked away without a word or second look. Nothing like paying to be an felt like an inconvenience…..we travel to Saskatoon regularity. We will not go to this location. Too bad really.

Good food but the lazy dudes behind the counter moping around more worried about giggling to each-other talking in a language I don’t understand. Turned me off.Have some respect when handling people’s food.

I don't really understand why there is 1 size option for vegan bread and why the vegan sandwiches are pathetically small, plain and expensive (vegan food is cheaper to make)But at least they're

The food is always delicious, made quickly, and the service is helpful and friendly! This restaurant is also very clean.Vegetarian options: I always prefer my salad without chicken and that is never an issue.Parking: Large parking lot with parking 5 steps from the door!
First off. The guy didn’t listen after asking me what type of bread I wanted 3 times. He didn’t really put sauce on my sandwich and he charged me for my friends order as well. He walked away from me as I was speaking to him and he didn’t apologize after his mistake. Also the sandwich I usually love was not good. Don’t go here. Don’t waste your precious dollars on this location.
