Been going here for years and the burrito bowls are always delicious. The staff is always very friendly and makes my meal just how I want it. Always a favorite stop for lunch.

I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel this situation warrants attention. I visited the store today after seeing a promotion on the in-store televisions advertising $5 small burritos for customers who download the app and create an account. I followed the instructions, downloaded the app, and set up my account accordingly.
However, when I attempted to redeem the offer, the staff member at the counter repeatedly insisted that the promotion didn’t exist—even after I showed her the advertisement displayed on their own menu. I followed her instructions to scan the barcode provided by the app, but she continued to say it wasn’t valid and ultimately refused to honor the promotion.
The interaction was disappointing and unnecessarily negative, and as a result, I won’t be returning.

I sent a catering order through the website on Monday Sept 22, 2025. I received an email that day, I have added the photo of the email. The order for was for Wednesday @ 5:15pm, at 5:25 on Wednesday I called to ask where our order was and the person that answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about and said because I did not have an actual order # that nothing was made and I would have to contact corporate. The next day I sent an email through the contact us on the website, just wanting to know what happened and heard nothing, this Monday I sent an email to feedback and still received nothing. All I wanted was for them to acknowledge my emails. I hope this helps to prevent this from happening to other people. This was supposed to be supper for my coworkers and instead they got nothing and were all disappointed

They dont focus on taste, and dont follow the order exactly. I ordered from uber eats and everything that i really wanted in buritto was not there at all.No pickles added, no tomatoes, no cilantro sauce. If they didnt have to add these then they should not charge the full price. Quantity is not the only thing that matters, when taste is not there who gonna eat it.

I usually go to this restaurant because this is close to my work. I have given this restaurant couple of chances hoping they are gonna do good next time. I usually order online platforms and pick it up . But always their rice are undercooked in burrito and they lack flavours as well . They dont know how to wrap a burrito . This is worst burrito i have ever got . I tried the other location as well they are really good. Even when i get the burrito bowls in store i have ask then put more they are really serving less quantity as per the standards . I have given enough chances to this restaurant . Now i dont think i wont be coming to this restaurant anymore.
