I ordered burrito if the day which was tofu today afternoon and the lady there charged me full price burrito, anyways the tofu was smelling bad when i was eating the burrito and didn’t taste as usual something was odd. Worst experience. will never come ever again

Very disappointing. They make burritos however they want, without considering the actual order. I placed an Uber order, and what I received was completely different from what I selected. They used a wheat burrito instead of the white one I chose. They added lots of capsicum, even though my order didn’t include any. They also didn’t add a single bean—it was all rice with no sauces. I did order on 23 Feb 2025 around 07:25 PM, see what i ordered what u are serving. I need my money back so I called uber they told me contact owner of the shop . I called around 08:25 PM but did not go call may because this store closing time is 09:00 but then give me any resolution.

Every time I come here, I leave smiling. The burritos are delicious, the lovely couple who served me were very polite and friendly. 10/10 would recommend

Extremely Disappointing Experience

As an Uber delivery driver, I had a frustrating encounter with this restaurant. After the food order was placed, the staff prioritized training new employees, completely disregarding the customers' waiting time. This behavior is highly disrespectful, as people visit restaurants to enjoy meals, not to witness staff training. Such poor management wasted at least 14 minutes of my time—the longest delay I’ve experienced since starting deliveries—and significantly damaged my impression of this establishment.

To make matters worse, when I shared my honest feedback in a review, the business owner did not reflect on their actions. Instead, they retaliated by leaving a negative review on my Uber profile and falsely claiming I was not the right person to complete the delivery. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking. If this is how they handle constructive criticism, it speaks volumes about their approach to customer service.

I am in Saskatoon for a month long business trip & being a fan of Mexican food, I tried many Mexican food places.This was my 3rd Quesada restaurant to try out in the town. This was better than other quesadas I visited. I was so happy with experience & would give this place 10/10. The owner was so warm, welcoming & considerate of my food restrictions & dietary preferences. He took his own time to create my vegetarian burrito with utmost care in quality & taste. I loved my burrito & enjoyed it in such a nice & clean ambiance. His wife was also taking care of other customers with the same warm & considerate attitude. Being lunch hour, the restaurant was crowded, but they didn't rush anyone to choose or compromise on anyone's order quality. Along with food taste, quality & and freshness, they were so particular about the neatness & cleanliness of the restaurant. I would definitely come here again & highly recommend this place.

The person who waited on me was very friendly and nice. Not a place to go for a quality meal. It’s just not there at all. Taco Bell blows this place out of the water and that’s not saying much.

My first time ordering, I wanted to use a coupon offer. The staff was new and unable to honor the coupon, so they charged me full price anyway. This was unfortunate, and they clearly need better management, but I can empathize with a new employee who lacks training.

I came back a second time so I could use the coupon since it was a good deal.

This time, I ordered through the app to ensure I wasn't overcharged.

I ordered 40 minutes in advance, yet when I came to pickup my order, they hadn't even started making it and the employees didn't know how to see my order without borrowing my phone to look at the order.

Lastly, while my food was being prepared, I witnessed who I believe to be the supervisor or manager cough on their hands and then continue to prepare another customers order without washing them.

Really unacceptable, I recommend everyone avoid this location.

Awesome Mexican restaurant. Neat & clean place with warm & welcoming employees. Multiple vegetarian food options with great taste & food quality. Highly recommend, would definitely go again.
