Ordered online, $200 vendor canceled the order but took my money. its been a month and I have not been refunded. I was told I wasand to keep waiting.now I am out $200 and they kee asking me to go to differwnt websites and tell them what happened. I have, multiple times, and I am still out $200. just beware of ordering on their website. This happened on January 31st. I still have no refund and am just being run around amd told that their accounting team has it..... what does that even mean? lol, cheap lesson I guess

We went to red lobster seeing that it was supposed to be revamped....the decor is the same, tables had some kind of gunk build up, and boiths and tight, my daughter and I were on same side and we didnt have alot of elbow room. Food amounts improved tremendously but at a big price. My family loves seafood so expect to pay $50plus for any crab, lobster, etc. In saying that we did have alot to take home.

I took my son's out to Red Lobster on the 8th of February. It has always been one of our top three restaurants (it's #1) and we have been going there since they were young kids. The service has always been exemplary and the food exquisite. Fresh. Flavorfull. Never disappointing. The servers are always courteous and responsive to your questions. When you look around you see both young and older families gathered having a great time. If you want to build great memories for you and your family, this is the place to be. If you have never eaten here before I highly recommend it.

My wife and I, had dinner here, as a memorial dinner for the passing of our late daughter, we were incredibly disappointed, the food was good as it usually is the Service was the disappointing part, we had Alesha, sad to say, at one point I actually said to my wife I wish we had a different waitress, the waitress who has handling the table beside us she was amazing, prompt, checked up on her tables, sadly not the case in our situation, we felt like we were an imposition on her, and times we asked her a question we got a labored response, if any. Truly sad because I remember the times I would say to my family oh can we go, now its where else can we go.... sad. Because I love seafood and here is the mecca of all seafood places. At the end of the night I felt like the cost of the dinner should have granted a better service but not the case, unsure if we will go back or find a new place to enjoy with better more attentive staff.

I ordered the Ultimate feast at $55.99 per plate and was very disappointed . The only item hot on my plate was the shrimp in garlic sauce, mash potatoes were barely warm , the crab legs had cool water coming running out when I cracked them open! The lobster tail was of poor quality and stringy, even with the steak knife was very hard to cut. My wife told me to send it back , should have listened, however she was eating and I didn't want her to allow hers to cool off. And did enjoy the Salmon and made a comment that it was one of the best salmon dishes she had in a long time at any Restaurant. So at least one of us came away happy😊

We were seated quickly after we got to Red lobster. Our waiter came quick quickly to ask if we wanted any beverages other than water. The food order was taken and the food was served within a reasonable time. The waiter came back to ask if everything was good.
