The food was great! The host and server impressed me as well. However, the yelling and bickering I could hear from the back was distracting and disturbing. A tip to management- work on professionalism to make the experience as enjoyable as the food! I recommend the shrimp caesar, delicious!

I really like going to Red Lobster, the food is delicious, the cheese biscuits are out of this world, the service tends to be pretty good, but the price is just ludacris.Admittedly, I know nothing about the seafood market, but there's just no way I can feasibly eat here more than once per decade. Not when Saskatoon is full of restaurants that will get you a great meal, in a better-looking restaurant, for less.Eating out is already expensive, and a treat, Red Lobster, even more so...
Best service i had at a restaurant. Kailee (i think was the name) went above and way beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Wont be my last visit for sure!

Lobster fest. Had a Maine and Rock lobster tail. Both were rubber, over cooked. Sides were green beans (mushy over cooked), sea salt french fries (soggy undercooked). Overall very disappointing, for the prices they charge i hold them to a much higher standard. Likely be the last visit for us.....really too bad.

We went to Red Lobster yesterday for lunch. Matt, our server very obviously racialized us and our service sucked but the food was awesome. An older white man wearing an apron was rushing around. I asked him "are you the chef?" He gave us a big smile and humbly said "nah, I do the dirty work." I always tip, mostly the servers. In this case I went into the kitchen looking for the older white guy. There were people of brown ethnicities and I was asking for the white guy. A manager came and asked me to leave the kitchen and she followed me out. I told her I'd like to speak to the older white gentleman and she asked what he did wrong. I said nothing, I'd like to tip him. Just then he turned a corner and I said him, I'd like to see him. He came towards me and I handed him the $20 and said "thank you for all your dirty work." As the door closed his team cheered for him. It touched my heart.

Feb 18 2024 at 5:30. Not terribly busy. Sat in lounge while our table was getting ready. Guess what you cannot have just a ceasar as a drink they would rather charge you for a ceasar with Lobster or Shrimp no regular ceasar. Then we get seated after about 5 minutes only to be told kitchen is running behind . OK then whom now aways has $56.00 to have their Lobster fest. CRAZY I left.
We had our valentine's Day dinner here at Red Lobster . We want to order the Valentine's Day bundle that I saw on Facebook but it wasn't available. But it's okay we order the surf and turf and the chcolate wave for desert. We love coming here and we usually celebrate all the significant occasions here at Red Lobster.

We were at Red Lobster New Years Eve and all is going well until the waitress ( who was good) told us they were out of salmon. Well come on- this is a fish restaurant and I have a choice of ONE kind of shrimp- not a shrimp eater. Restaurant does not have a variety of fish? I was very disappointed as my only choice was tilapias. Reading how bad this fish was for you. I had no choice. I had to order this one fish. The salmon is always excellent in the red lobster. How can a fish restaurant run out of the salmon? Please do something about this.

At the dinner in Valentine’s day Feb 14,2024, the waitress named Kara on 8th street Saskatoon was very rude and inconsiderate. She told us “you guys were lucky enough to have a table today”, even though we booked 10 days ahead. We refused to use that waitress. She was very rude and needed to be retrained about hospitality and courtesy.

Building is old the vents above the table are dusty and I could have looked past everything because the food was decent but the servers bickering over who had what tables and fighting while we were trying to eat made this a miserable experience. I would find another place to eat. Find another place to scrap that's not in front of customers this was not professional.
