Visited this pizza store for the 16.99 pizza deal advertised on their official website (valid for carryout, no restrictions mentioned). Staff refused to apply it, claiming it’s “online only” and their franchise doesn’t participate. Showed them the site on my phone – manager dismissed it anyway. Called other locations of the same chain; were offering the deal in-store with no issues. Ended up paying full price due to misleading advertising and rude service.Avoid this location!

Very disappointed with both the service and the food. I placed a $40 pizza order and specifically asked for chili, ginger and cilantro as toppings. They were completely missing. When I called to have the order corrected, the person on the phone asked why I was upset since the toppings were “free,” implying it didn’t matter. That response was incredibly unprofessional. If I’m spending that much on food, of course I care about what I’m actually eating free or not. The pizza arrived cold, and to make matters worse, just as I was about to take my first bite, I noticed something that I initially thought was cheese but turned out to be either a hair or a wire. Absolutely gross and unacceptable. Bad service, careless food preparation, and zero accountability. I will not be ordering from here again.

Nobody is responding to the email I waited for couple days So i guess I have to just leave a review. Used to be good not until we get a raw pizza in the middle, ordered beef taco, with little less pieces of slices beef! I'm hoping someone will make this right. We only ate the corners and everything. In the middle were all left to garbage. Ordered XL . Not worth the money
