I had a great experience at this pizza shop! The service was excellent and the pizza was incredibly tasty and cheesy. Anmol provided outstanding customer service. He was polite, helpful, and took the time to recommend options when I asked. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience.

Wow 1 slice of pepperoni and 1.5 pieces if Italian sausage per slice is absolutely pathetic. The red swan close to my house puts 2 slices of pepperoni and 3 pieces of Italian sausage per slice. Won't be going to this location. And it has a weird smell inside. I better not get sick! See the the difference in quality Stonebridge location sucks!

Unfortunately, the quality has dipped. My last order tripple cheese pizza was dry and bordeline burnt. These days it is quite challenging communicating with them over the phone. Please try and improve.

Had pizza and pasta delivered to our hotel last night by this recommended Red Swan Pizza location on Preston Street. All of our food was hot and fresh and the driver was prompt, very polite & professional. The pasta sauce tasted homemade and happily was not heavily processed. The pasta was perfectly cooked. The thin crust Hawaiian pizza was baked perfectly as well.
I think we may just have to order again from this location again while we're here in Saskatoon. Great job guys‼️‼️‼️

I had to repeat my order 15 times. Medium Donair pizza, no oregano, extra meat. Not a difficult order. Must have been the language barrier. This doesn’t look like a full order of meat, never mind paying for extra. Flavours were there…meat missed the memo to show up.

Red swan has always been my go to pizza place. In the past two years, they’ve really gone down hill though. They hardly put on much sauce. The pizza and breadsticks are always dry. Even when I ask for extra sauce. They’ve started to skimp out on the toppings too. I’ve tried several different types of their pizza and for the price, it’s really not worth it. Friendly staff though!

Ordered 2 large pizzas for my son’s 2nd birthday last aug.30 at red swan stonebridge. 1cheese pizza and a ham and pineapple.I place my order online and ask my friend to pick it up as i was busy at the party. My friend wasn’t able to check the pizza upon picking it up and when we opened the pizza box at the party this is what we got!burnt pizzas!!It was so frustrating to see that this is what we got and of course we have no time to go back at that time as we are busy with the party. No one even touch the pizza’s and just go straight to the garbage after the party..The next day i made a call at the store and told them about the burnt pizza.I was asked to send pictures so i did. The supervisor called me letting me know that he is giving me credit for 1 medium cheese pizza because yes the cheese pizza was burnt and the ham and pineapple was just made well done so he is only giving a credit for a medium cheese pizza!!Well we didn’t ask for a well done pizza in the first place!!The frustration we got at the party upon opening the box!!I even ask him nicely to get a refund or credit for 2 pizzas that we ordered coz i think thats what we paid for. We were told he will pass it on the manager and wait for the managers call till the next day. It’s been 4days now and no one called to have this rectified!!!
